very rude employees. they messed up my order twice and refused to make a new one correctly and instead offered me a half off card because they were training. they have been training that same barista for a month and she can’t learn how to put chocolate drizzle in a cup? must be some bad training…

I Love The Grizzly!! Hope I said that right. My go to when I visit. Just the right amount of Chocolate and Coffee. Super Yummy!! Sweet service too! Ya have to check em out. 😋🤩💜

Yes, it’s a lot like SB however I thoroughly enjoyed the neutrality of the environment 😉it was simply about the coffee 💕 great Frappuccino and pastries.

Never went in. Went thru drive thru. Pretty quick getting thru. Always a line but not long wait. Been several times while staying in Miles City. Always asked for pumpkin spice but they were always out lol next best thing is Mocha hot. The young ladies are very pleasant. Will be back when I come thru again.

Oh my god??? This place is so good. I ordered a Huckleberry Green Tea Frappe and Ham and Cheese Pretzel sandwich. I was expecting something kinda crusty like what you see in Starbucks displays but NO! IT WAS SO GOOD! The pretzel bread was warm and flakey and the cheese was kinda a cream cheese? It was really good

Cashier was great, coffee is good enough.

I ordered a cold brew on a mega hot day, passing through town. It took about 10 minutes in the drive thru. It’s alright, definitely too much ice and not enough flavor, but it’s not bad.

The cups are very cool, and the cashier was rockin’ a wolf cut and eyelashes.

My daughter and I stopped in for a frappe. We were disappointed in the taste. No flavor at all.
It was just a powder and ice. We wonder if the coffee it self was better.? Good chance we won’t return to find out. Two stars for the excellent staff and clean atmosphere.

Very clean inside and workers were very nice. Service was quick. I was disappointed with their frappe. It tasted like it was just powder with no coffee or real milk/cream. Either I missed them or there was no straws big enough to drink blended (shredded ice) drinks. Nothing is as frustrating as trying to drink shredded ice from a fountain drink straw😂

Coffee's great! The staff seem friendly, and completed our order quickly. Visiting Minnesota, we stopped at this place last year on the way, and left satisfied. Hopefully next year we'll be back through Miles City. Definitely recommend if your looking for great coffee.
