I love going here in the morning to grab a cup of joy before heading to work.
The wait times are always short and the staff is always great.
Our office orders 20-30 coffees from them occasionally and they usually have our order correct! Thanks City Brew Staff!

The staff was very nice, the coffee was one of the worst coffee's we have ever had. Glad we were just passing through. We ended up in Glendive at a wonderful coffee shop called Bloom Coffhouse & Eatery.

Great experience. We had smoothies. I had a pomegranate blueberry good flavor, would have liked it to have been thicker. My partners was mango peach, whipped perfectly. Ordered a pecan carmel roll, it was also very good. Oh and it was closing time.

I always enjoy stopping by a city brew. The girls were friendly and welcoming. There was a mixup on my order and they over charged me. Rather than correcting I was given a 50% off coupon on my next order. It didn't quite math out but I'm not bent out of shape about it. Clean store, good tea.

I was in City Brew coffee for a small meeting. It was a wonderful location for this informal Gathering. I had a regular coffee which was difficult to order. Apparently there are few orders of regular coffee. Great staff. Great experience. Would recommend this location for anyone in Miles City or traveling through.

The good first: They have decent open wifi and the young ladies working their were polite, well trained and enthusiastic about Cafe Culture.
I had asked about the Hot Chocolate and she had layed out a proper recipe for a fine cup. What I received was sub par, but I do not believe that was her fault as her co-worker had made my drink..
I am traveling through and a nice place to have tasty drink with clean and unobtrusive atmosphere is important; especially with a modest wifi available.
While I was at City Brew, having got there only 15 minutes before closing, I met two female employees and two young men. The one who had treated my Hot Chocolate with a extra dose of mediocrity approached me in my vehicle while I was parked outside. "Are you the one sending unwanted to texts to an employee here?"
He was obviously flustered and seemed permanently distracted by something more important than what he was doing..
If you like, check my profile and you will see why this was so unreal.. This was my first time and most likely my last at City Brew, and that is sad. I do recommend it to middle aged locals looking for a good.public place to have a private conversation in public.
I informed him that I was not and then dismissed him to get back to what I was doing on my phone, playing Fruit Ninja 2.
I spent a good amount of time sitting in the parking lot, as my dinner was settling and I was enjoying a show on my mobile before I had to drive another 900 miles. I had just started my van and was about to pull-out when another young man from the Cafe, which closed almost an hour prior, started talking at my window. I did not roll it all the way down because the man-boy had taken an agressive body posture and when I noticed him speaking, I listened.. "You need to leave this parking lot now. This placed is closed and you're loitering. No loitering allowed."
At almost 50, I have many professional skills, which I collect. I have panhandle and was a master at loitering as a teenager. I have argued cases in court against loitering citations and know the laws.
I just smiled and nodded, and continued on my way..
To the management from an old CSR, Escalations Manager and Combat Veteran. Those boys need guidance, which I know is nigh impossible at their age; they seem like fine guardians of what they feel is theirs to protect.
Make coffee, enjoy life, make love and bad jokes and stupid decisions City Brew Crew.
I recommend leaving the detective and strong arm security work to those who do them. They would most likely appreciate a coffee.
Accusing customers of digital harassment, Accusing anyone of something that you are not 100% on, is always a fail; even if you get it right more often than not, it is a 0 tolerance game.
To the hostile boy with the pretty eyes and curly brown hair, you are not a man. You should not approach strangers in vans or at all, with hostilities.
You do not have the right to tell me or anyone else who is minding their own business, what to do..
Most males of my ilk, and age; are unbelievably dangerous. You sounded like a scared little dog when you attempted barking..
I bet you have a nice voice, stick with talking. :)

Coffee drinks are very good! Every staff person at any location I've visited was friendly. The four star only is because this trip through Montana the locations weren't as clean as usual.

If you are going to be in customer service, listen to the customer and don’t give them whatever you want but what they order!!!! Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha with oat milk, received a 16 oz white chocolate mocha with whole milk. Ordered a piece of Lemon bread and never received it. I order what I want because I know what I like, if I didn’t care I would tell you to make me a whatever. Maybe practice up in your listening skills and not so much in your talking over the customer skill! Better training is needed!!!

Busy drive through. Inside is set up for social distancing with stools hooked to the tables at approximately every other table and the nooks for individual seating blocked off with excess furniture and signs. Staff had difficulty hearing at the ordering counter due to the thick plastic barrier, masks, coffee machine noise, and pick up window noise. The steamer and frappe were fine once they came.
