The espresso is quite good for a chain store. The staff was friendly enough. The prices of the food items were a bit steep as you might expect from a Buckstars-type place.

The lights in the bathroom kept going off after a few minutes. I understand energy efficiency, but some folks like to poop leisurely; darkness makes proper hygiene a bit difficult.

Love the coffee and love the people. They are always kind and helpful

It was fun...thank you.

Inconsistent service. Pushy sales and a major lack of enthusiasm from employees. Quailty of drinks is inconsistent. Sat in the drive through for almost 15 mins and was ignored, only one other car in the drive thru and parking lot didn't look too bad. They weren't closed...we just left. When had a chance to talk with management, they just said we were probably ingored because it was nearing closing time. Which still doesn't make sense.
In a pinch it'll do I guess but I think I'd rather get gas station coffee.😬

Nice little local coffee shop. Very busy, very friendly. Had a really weird request and they accommodated without hesitation.

If you love overly sugared drinks with a slight coffee flavour this place is for you. If ur looking for a good brew, I’m afraid you will be hard pressed to find it here. Dude working counter didn’t know what a flat white was, suggested it was Starbucks drink. 🤷‍♀️ Also, to the review that said if you like Starbucks this is your place...nah. This will be very sad in comparison.

My cappuccino tasted very watered down and burnt. I even asked for an extra shot, so the fact that it wasn’t strong is puzzling. It’s bad enough that after 3 sips, I’m feeding it to the trash bin.

Used to be quite reliable.
However this time, my husband god a 12 oz americano rather than the 16oz latte he wanted. My pretzel ham and swiss was ice cold in the middle, and blazing hot on the outside... and they didn't have salt and pepper.
We were there a couple months ago, and the gals behind the counter were too busy gossiping about the other employees to wait on customers. We thought that was a one-off.
Perhaps it's time to retrain?

I ordered a 16 oz half caffeine mocha, turned out it tastes like soapy water oh, I tried to choke it down but I ended up dumping it. Five bucks wasted.

I've been an avid City Brew customer since 1998. In fact, until recently a Platinum card member. But, sadly my coffee at the Miles City location is always burnt, or my frappe is over processed with far too much base powder. I was a barista, and it's easy to see when you've pulled bad shots, or if the temperature of the milk went from nice and hot, to scullded. I've had to ask for my drink to be remade countless times. I think they've cured my coffee addiction after all of these years. I hate to think how much money I wasted on terrible drinks! The staff is very nice and polite (the ones that know, short, tall, and grande)but it can't compensate for bad drinks.
