Great food as everything fell apart. The place was somewhat busy at lunch but I was seated immediately. After 12 minutes they took my order. I ordered a special pancake from the daily list. It took over 20 minutes to bring it to the table. My coffee took a bit and the waitress forgot my butter even after asking and reminding her. I wanted to dislike the place but the food was really good and they were super nice. In the end I have to say I liked it even with the service errors. I will be back for sure. This deserves another try.

The staff is really excellent here, and then the food is absolutely out of this world.
Dropped in and got 2x Nova Skoch breakfast with the salmon, it was insane delicious.
Thanks so much especially to Eve and Katie for their service, and also the black haired manager who was handling the background.
Thanks so much from Nick his lady on our way back to Denver.

Had a lovely meal out on the patio. Was a lovely dining experience the food was absolutely wonderful. Loved the vegan and organic options. Really wonderful omelet full of veggies. Really could have done without warm salsa and a hostess with an attitude. Other than that was a really great experience. The barista was in training but her amazing attitude surpassed little hiccups in the order taking process. Would definitely return.

Overall the worst breakfast experience we have had. Put our name and phone number in for what they told us would be 15-20 min (and they would text us). Went for a walk and came back 15 min later to others waiting in the lobby. We stood in the corner and waited and the gal hostess did ask if we were helped and I told her our name was on the list by the other host. After waiting for about 10 min and seeing others getting seated the male host who had originally taken our name asked about us like he didn't recognize us. Then he apologized and said we disappeared from his system but proceeded to blame us for not inquiring again even though we had told the gal that our name was in the system. Then he leads us to the table in the VERY back right next to the back door and the restroom, even tho there were empty tables available. It took forever for our server Lauren to arrive so we could order. When the food arrived it was the most bland looking plates ever. No color at all. Plain potatoes, plain eggs. It was plopped on out table with no condiments, no salt and pepper, no silverware, no jam, nothing. Once she was gone we couldn't get someone to help us at all. We were trying to wave down anyone with no one even looking our way. Honestly it really felt like we were being discriminated against. Luckily we finally got a hold of what looked to be the only other server in the restaurant and she was very sweet and brought us everything we needed. We didn't see our server Lauren for most of our meal until we saw a mother and daughter get seated next to us and then Lauren profusely apologized to them for making them wait for literally 5 min after ignoring us the whole time. We tolerated our food. It was not good at all. Bill gets dropped and we waited and waited for Lauren to pick it up to no avail. I had to go up to the front to pay the bill. Literally the worst service. The only bright light was the gal that brought our condiments to us. We asked the person that ran our card to specifically give a nice cash tip to her on top of the standard tip we gave our server. She was the only one that actually paid attention to us.. We will never ever come back and honestly hope the owner takes our feedback seriously and learns and trains their employees better about customer service, like every other restaurant around town. We went to three other breakfast spots on Main - Jam, Western Cafe, Main Street Overeasy and all had amazing service and great food too. Nova doesn't hold a candle to them.

This place is so dang adorable. I absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere. Unfortunately that was the only great part. We pulled up to the cafe around 0845 this morning-staff didn’t unlock the door and claimed the door was broken. We had to knock multiple times for someone to let us in. My family and I were waiting long enough to take in how unorganized your staff were. One girl was running her tail off as the 6 others were standing around. Another kid came in for his shift and we took into the fact that the staff who came in for their shifts proceeded to make themselves breakfast THEN make themselves a coffee before helping out their team. With the time of the morning and how busy your business was with To-go orders I really couldn’t believe that was real life.
We got our food and coffees-$50 later-got on the road and realized our lattes were just steamed milk.... that’s just plain crazy.
Again your restaurant-so dang cute. LOVE that mural on the wall on the To-Go side of your store. Your staff though need some training and team work skills or maybe more than one of them need to care about the quality behind your name/brand.
I hope this review wasn’t a waste of effort.
Thank you for your time

Super adorable place, I was excited for lunch. When I was seated, I was not informed that the menu was accessible via QR code, which would have been helpful, instead of waiting for the hostess to bring me a menu. After I made my lunch choice, I was informed that they serve ONLY breakfast on weekends. This is just simple hosting 101. The eggs benny were good, potatoes had been sitting out for awhile though, so just felt like the experience was just bland.

EDIT: Well yes, that's exactly why I thought it was strange that it was orange and spicy. I wasn't expecting it to be.
Hollandaise is strangely spicy and had some weird ingredient in it I was allergic to.
I feel like they should've explained that the eggs didn't actually come with hollandaise, but with a house sauce instead. So instead of eggs Benedict for breakfast, I got a stomach ache and nothing, haha.
Not trying to be unreasonable, just a really rough start to the day.

A 5 Star Breakfast Experience. Decent portions of tasty food. $9 Waffle was huge served with a small bowl of mixed fruit. Breakfast for 4 with extra sides but no beverages was a reasonable $61 with no complaints. Uncrowded sitting that made for a nice atmosphere.

Good, not great food for the price. Not quite enough chorizo on the Benedict, country potatoes were completely unseasoned. Huckleberry cream cheese on the French toast was really tasty.

Worst service I ever had in a very long time
To bad because the food was excellent. Best pancakes ever only problem the cakes were served cool & the butter would not melt. Asked for more butter & syrup & the waitress ignored us .
