Nova is locally owned and has been serving up the best breakfast in town since 2005. Its unique breakfast and lunch menus offer a variety of options for all diets and all ages – from breakfast classics to vegan and gluten free options to kids’ meals - with everything made from scratch and using ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Our coffee shop is open every day from 8am to 2pm. Breakfast is served 8am to 2pm every day except for Wednesdays. Everyone is welcome at the Nova Café."

The menu on their website sounded amazing! Out of staters traveling thru we wanted to stop and try, come to figure out their menu is extremely limited due to staffing. Like 10 total items you can order. 1/3 of what is on their website. The new menu is outside of the building but I feel as if they should reflect that on their online website menu as well so people don't waste their time. Their biscuits and gravy wasn't my style and I didn't enjoy it as much as my family did. Three stars cause the waitress was nice.

It used to be great place few years ago. Are there again since few years last visit. The breakfast they served was bigger and reminds me of eating at IHOP. Waitress did good job and great coffee. I'd not go back until they get better cook chef.

The second most mentioned thing in reviews are the eggs Benedict…which they no longer serve. I don’t care how understaffed you are, the service has gone downhill more than anyone in town. “We’re trying to stay open”, I wish you were closed today, so I wouldn’t have wasted my money there. I laughed at my daughter for wanting to go to ihop instead…I guess she got the last laugh. Waited an hour to be seated, an hour for food, and then it was super salty. Definitely the last time I will ever spend money here. If you’re understaffed, you probably don’t pay enough. So it’s your own fault.

This used to be my favorite breakfast destination…
Shoot, I was charged $26 for a simple bacon omelette with avacado. (See pics)
They don’t do custom orders.
They charged for the Meat Lover Omelette, then upcharged $5 for cheese and bacon (even though the Meat Lover comes with bacon and cheese).
We order this exact same omelette everywhere we go, because of food allergies. Never had an issue ordering a bacon omelette before.
After explaining their mistake, they refunded $5, but “Only this one time”. So now my favorite breakfast place has left a sour taste in my mouth.
Also, the breakfast potatoes need help. Poor flavor and texture.
The GOOD:
The Tom Avo Eggs Benedict is still 5 STAR!! Absolutely incredible.
And the waitress was good; very polite. Also the supervisor gal was absolutely tremendous! She deserves a raise.
Coffee was amazing.
I might be back, but it will be awhile….

Noticed the Nova cafe while driving down Main St and decided to give it a go. The service was excellent. The food was excellent. Be prepared for big portions. A lot of food. I had the Chorizo Benedict and it was great. Definitely on
my Bozeman breakfast list when I am in town.
