Incredible good food. Wait time isn't too bad, and the coffee is great. There is a lot of paintings on the wall that are beautiful. Albeit pricey but it's a local artists work. Great place for brunch!

Nova never disappoints! The food is excellent, service friendly, and atmosphere unique! We went for breakfast on this Saturday morning around 10:45 a.m. amd were able to be seated after a short wait. The hostess was friendly. The waitress greeted us and took our drink order not long after we were seated. We ordered mocha, hot chocolate, and a white chocolate/carmel mocha. All were hot and tasty. The waitress gave us enough time to decide what we wanted to eat and attentively took our order. We ordered two breakfast burritos (my Son's favorite) and the meat lover's omelet. The omelet came with "breakfast" potatoes and toast. The wait for our food was very reasonable and the food was hot and delicious! Overall, we highly recommend Nova Café for breakfast any day of the week!

waited over 45 minutes for our food for a party of 4 that ordered breakfast and 20 minutes for a latte. lots of staff but no food being ran. wasted over and hour and not once did our server check on us. We decided to leave and left money on the table for our drinks. The waitress was rude to us as we were leaving. This place is terrible!!

Nova used to be pretty good a few years ago but the quality is pretty awful now. We went in for breakfast on a weekday so the wait was non existent which was nice. I think the cook was allergic to spices though because most of our hash bowls was unseasoned potatoes, the eggs had no seasoning, the bread was just sliced bread; there was zero toast to it. The hash bowls are a great idea but not great execution. I got coffee and they forgot to bring creamer for every refill. Also $50 total for two hash bowls, which is mostly unseasoned potatoes, a coffee and a tea is very overpriced.

I would eat here every week if I lived in Bozeman…it’s that good! The biscuits and gravy was hands down the best I’ve ever had. And the hashbrown potatoes were perfectly seasoned.

My favorite breakfast spot in Bozeman! The vegan selection is spot on with a plethora of options that have always left me satisfied, something hard to find in a breakfast place especially in MT. Their chai tea is pretty good as well.

The server was very nice but the food was not good which was surprising! It used to be so yummy! Pancake was raw, forgot part of the order, and what we had was sub par. I was bummed!

HANDS DOWN Best service, Best menu, Best DT Bozeman brunch spot!!
Importantly: Quick to get my coffee, and thrilled with the adorable art / general great vibe. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating of my (dairy) allergy. The Huevos Rancheros were delicious and came out super fast, and my coffee cup stayed full. I love that you can hear yourself/your table-mates speak at Nova, even when the place is full. Highly recommend their coffee/pastry bar as well, if you're in a hurry or want a lil' something sweet. Definitely coming back every time I'm in Boze!

Very popular spot for breakfast. The hostess was professional, my waitress was also professional and patient with me, despite a busy morning.
I had the forbidden hash. It was an interesting dish. I would have wished that there were two sunny side up eggs. But, I keep wondering: is this dish forgettable? The answer seems to be "yes".
The dish has a solid underlying concept, which is appealed to my appetite. But, it seemed to be missing something to make it a coherent dish. Will I go back to Nova Café? Oh, yeah. Absolutely. I will recommend this joint for breakfast. I think they have potential.
