It doesn't seem to matter which City Brew we go to, all the staff is super nice and helpful! The drinks and food are prepared quickly and on point! The desert pear charger is delicious and pretty! LoL. The wife loves their Sweet Cream Cold Brew!

My batteries were drained. I needed something to kick me back into high gear. Stopped by the Heights location, ready for this?
I was immediately greeted, so quick in fact that I didn't realize they were talking to me! Let them know that it was my first time visiting and they got SO excited! It was kind of awesome. I asked what they would recommend and without skipping a beat she asked me a few questions about my preference (less sweetness, more coffee taste) and if I wanted to be surprised. I was game so why not?
While waiting, I asked what coffee they were using: a customized roast from one of my local favorites, Revel Roasters. I was instantly perked up at hearing this and couldn't wait to see what I got. Triple shot Heath Mocha. It was love at first sip!
I usually hit City Brew as my go-to spot, but I just don't know if I can do that anymore...Classy & Sassy are just far better.
If you need coffee, a smoothie or a Red Bull drink; go see the team at any of the three locations! You will fall in love with your coffee!!

Driving through Billings to Teddy Roosevelt Nat’l Park - had the Witches Brew - very tasty 😋 sweet! The ladies were definitely Classy N’ Sassy in the best way! Even topped off our drinks with a chocolate covered espresso bean 😍 Thank you ladies

Probably the worst coffee place in billings, my grandmother and I went here and ordered 12oz Mexican mocha and 24oz witches brew and the total for those 2 drinks was 18 dollars. We were shocked by the price so I messaged the company asking why this was so expensive. The person responded with saying that everything inside the drink they charge for. What I don't understand is why we didn't get them at the price it was listed on the menu and they charged for every extra item that went into the drinks. The person continued arguing with me rather than offering an apology or maybe discount if I went back. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Won't ever go back. Just know they won't notify you the extras charge either.

I went to this location and they made my order wrong on accident, I gave it back so this one worker could redo it and right when she gave me the remade drink, she immediately shut the window.
