Classy N' Sassy Coffee

Stopped here June 2022. Got 2 Vanilla lattes, one hot, one iced. Really great taste. They have a lot of clever drink options. It’s a drive through (no height restrictions) and then you can enjoy your order in the open lot. There was only only person working and was taking care of 2 drive through windows. She was friendly and service was quick. Would definitely stop here again.

Went here this morning and order a red Bull perfect start swirls, 2 green tea frappes, and a sausage sandwich. After ordering and paying they informed us that they were out of green tea base and that it was a seasonal drink. We said it was okay and we can order something else, she seemed rushed so we just told her to give us 2 more swirl drinks so she didn’t have to wait for us to look through the menu. She told us that we would have to pay the difference for the drinks which was a little annoying since we already paid and they didn’t have what we wanted but we said okay and paid. Once we got our drink we agreed they were good drinks but 7 dollars for this? Once I bit into my sandwich it was frozen, the whole egg was frozen. The employee also didn’t seem to thrilled to be there but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since it was early in the morning . I hate to write a bad review and be a Karen but my experience was overall disappointing and I don’t think I’ll be going back.

They always have the best selection of fun and creative drinks! Seasonal items always changing so you can count on something fun and new to try. They also have good options for gluten free syrup, natural sweeteners, & alternative milks. Love classy and sassy!

I have a complicated tea drink I love involving cream, extra bags, instructions about the temp & lid, and sugar-free syrup. These super cheerful, competent gals hit a home run on my very first visit! They crushed it even further by suggesting the additional step of steaming my cream. They actually improved my fave drink! I'm so glad my current route takes me by their kiosk.

Best coffee in Billings! I won’t even waste my time or money on Starbucks or city brew anymore, very fast service too! I was in line with 5 cars ahead of me, and waited 5-6 minutes highly recommend! Very friendly people on broad water and downtown one!

I love their drinks, and enjoyed treating myself to a perfect start every once in a while. The staff is always friendly. Unfortunately drink prices are never the same because of how baristas ring in the orders. One day my coffee was $5.50 the next it was $6, the day after $5 and the day after that $6.25 and then back town to $5.50. The perfect starts have been over priced.

For now I'll stick to Mazevo for my coffees and if I want something sweet I'll just get a charger from city brew.

I absolutely love this place! The people here are so wonderful and kind. Always have great drink suggestions and are very understanding when you don’t know what you want! The coffee is fantastic and is roasted locally, and their redbull drinks are even better. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing coffee and redbull chargers. The employees are always amazing and super nice. No matter the type of day my wife or I having, the girls here seem to always cheer us up. Another benefit to going to classy and sassy in the heights is they are far better than the bikini baristas!

It's come time I discontinue spending money here. It's a very sad day. Their perfect starts would be so delicious if the flavor wasnt ruined by so much food coloring. 😔 For eight dollars I'll go somewhere that gives me a choice.

Staff was great and pleasant. Coffee was horrible. Ordered 2 mochas that tasted like water and sugar. Will not be going back. Like because they are local coffee shop, but don't stand by a bad deal coffee when it happens and either offer a coupon for their messup money back. I don't even want my money back, just for them to take ownership when they messed up and make it right! Company doesn't care to take ownership when they are in the wrong.
