The menu is good, in print. Trying to read an overhead chalkboard menu in the restaurant is very awkward. No table service. Order, get your own drinks, seat yourself. Cashier was pleasant. Food and portions are great! The atmosphere is hodge-podge and cold 😕

Nice variety of food. Breakfast all day. Great service. Excellent quality of food. Reasonable prices. This has become one of our casual dining go to spots

Leaving 3 stars because the seasonal pumpkin pancakes and omlet were really good and staff was nice. The baked goods were awful though. The stuffed biscuit was horribly over cooked. A biscuit shouldn't be dark brown and crunchy! We thought it was a fluke though so we ordered 8 of the muffins to go (pumpkin, hot chocolate and blueberry). They were so overcooked they were not edible. Besides being incredibly dry, they tasted burned. We tried a bite of all 3 flavors. They should not have been sold at all let alone for the $3.50 each we were charged! I didn't see the muffins first or I never would have bought them. C'mon guys, if you overcook it, you know it. Don't try to pass it off on the unsuspecting public!

Sunny Street Cafe is a nice Family restaurant where you will feel comfortable just having coffee alone or having breakfast with your entire family 🙂. The staff is very friendly. Their food is fresh and hot... Head on down some morning & try one of their Breakfast's. You could even order it to go, then eat at home, if you prefer:)... Enjoy!!!

Slow doesn't begin to describe this place. Every employee worked as if they were underwater. Food was barely warm and waitress was less than attentive. When management asked about our service we voiced our concern and all she did was tell us about her day.

We waited quite a while for our waitress Quinn to notice us. She looked over at us several times,but never even came over. We finally asked Patty a waitress from a different section to help us and she was amazing. She took our order, got our drinks, was friendly, and very attentive. I reccomend sitting in her section if you ever go here. The avocado quesadillas are delicious.

Real attention to details that matter here!

The food was so above par compared to other breakfast restaurants that I regret that most people will never get to compare this to chain breakfast places.

I had the King CFS, theiry take on a chicken fried steak. It was a hand-breaded tender ground steak covered in a robust white sausage gravy that wasn't overbearing sage. Presentation was appropriate and the quantities of side dishes was, as in any breakfast restaurant, excessive.

The server was personal and attentive without being overbearing and service was quick, with the restaurant being only 20% full. Breakfast is available all day.

Paper straws and compostable to-go containers were used; bonus points for that. Restrooms were clean, although Spartan in decor. The restaurant itself was bright and personalized. The cost was reasonable and the menu presented a variety of genres of breakfast rather than exclusive Americana options.

I will be hitting this up probably every visit to St. Louis moving forward.

Service and are waitresses where fast and friendly. The food was less than mediocre! Brown and serve sausage patties and the pancakes seemed like they were missing something. Also was a bit pricey compared to other establishments that specialize in breakfast food!

Denny's who?
This is the new breakfast spot for my family now. The food is always sooooo good. Quinn was our server and she kept the coffee coming! Food is good every time.

I got the country omelet and it was delicious! The waitress was so sweet and brought out food for our toddlers right away to keep them occupied.
