Was told we would wait for the hostess to clean off a table. Two groups of two (we were a group of two as well) came in after us and were seated immediately by another hostess. Neither of the hostesses noticed we were sitting there and let others be seated before us. We walked out. Completely ridiculous!

Thank you Angela for the excellent customer service! We ordered food for a men’s church group. Not only did she and her team get us breakfast on time, it was just like my mom’s cooking :)

My boyfriend and I were staying near the area for six flags and looked up a good breakfast place to eat at. We found sunny street cafe and it was so good. Our servers name was hannah. She was so sweet and recommended items on the menu for us to try. This was by far the best server we have ever had and the food was amazing

Great local diner. We almost always go for breakfast and it is always very good. Not wild about their bacon... always way too greasy. And the hashbrowns could often be a little 'browner'. :-) But, they are very, very busy on weekend mornings... so, I think perhaps sometimes they are in a bigger hurry to get food out than to take more time to make it perfect. But overall it's a great place. The staff is very friendly. Service is fast and the menu is varied.

We’ve been to the sunny street cafe many times. The service is normally not great. But it’s a cute place and the food it good! The diner is always chaos. For a place that nearly always has a wait, you’d think there was a method to the madness, but it just appears to get more disorganized with each visit. This morning when we were finally seated two servers argued about where to seat us and who’s table it was. We were waited on by several different girls and once they took our order we never saw them again. Our food was eventually delivered by someone different with no condiments, napkins or coffee for our cups that had been sitting empty. We flagged down a different girl to get syrup and other things. My food was wrong. The server didn’t offer to bring me a new breakfast. It was just not a good time. I think we will no longer be visiting sunny street. What a bummer.

**Previously 2 Star - Must have been an off day.
Went here based on the recommendation of family as well as the lines that we've seen outside. We got there around 7:15 am and were one of about 5-6 tables. While we were waiting for our food, our server was going on to one of the cooks that something was, "just what you need for your diabetes." Now, I'm betting it was out of concern, but still not something that needs to be done on the floor. We got our meal and my wife ordered the "fresh fruit." The grapes had not been washed and the fruit itself was very dry. Seeing that, my wife asked the server if she could just have another side since she didn't want the fruit anymore. The server picked up the fruit, told the line cooks and brought another cup of fruit. We asked for creamer at least four times, each time the server did not bring it, we asked again. Finally the server refilled a drink for another table and we asked for the third time for cream, she nodded her head and brought the refill for the other table, asked us if we were ok and we asked for cream again. She brought the cream and the bill. It was the wrong bill, and was actually more expensive than what was supposed to be our bill. Our server then left the floor and I asked Holly (another server) for the correct bill. Holly apologized and printed ours. Our server came back and said, "She gave you the right bill?" No apology, nothing. The saving grace here was that my Wildberry Crumble Pancake was very good and Holly was super pleasant. I was a server and usually give them the benefit of the doubt, but when we left there were still only about 6 tables sat and they were not busy. Not once did we get any type of apology from our server for the way anything was handled. We may go back again just to try since the reviews seem amazing, but we didn't have the same experience most everyone else here did.
Edit: I gave another star as the owner reached out to make things right. They obviously care for their clientele.

Overpriced, average food. 13 bucks for burnt eggs, burnt pancakes and a crabby waitress. Will not be back ever again. Yuck.

The first time I came here I loved it, the service was great and the food was amazing!
I came here today & it was the absolute worst, we waited when all of the tables were empty, while for 25 mins of the staff standing around we finally had someone come take our order when we didn’t even have someone come get our drinks!!!
Dirty tables while the staff stood around and did nothing, everyone around us wasn’t being served on either!
This place was terrible it def needed help
