Ok so my review comes from going to this place on a day where the streets were covered in deep snow and I was thankful that they were even open to serve me breakfast! I had a unique breakfast order that wasn’t exactly on their menu and my waiter didn’t even bat an eye. Shorty after my order was placed to my table arrived a plate of six egg omelet filled with bacon side of bacon and fried potatoes. Glorious in all its egg and fatty pork meat deliciousness. Yet again I found myself taking a bite before a picture but it also helps to accentuate the depth of filling in my omelet. Even though I was already thrilled to have found a place open this day i was even more excited that the food was delicious. Topping off this great meal is the image of my coffee mug. My waiter didn’t let that cup go below half full and I loved that!! Fun fact the nectar that filled my cup was from a local coffee roaster which is another passion of mine. I love supporting local restaurants and coffee shops and this was a two bird one stone scenario. The coffee was great too and hot as it was freshly brewed. Gonna be hard to eat breakfast anywhere else when I’m in town based on my experience and would suggest you roll in and see what’s up! Great way to start your day just be mindful of your coffee intake. They were so good at refilling my cup I lost track of how many cups I drank and was definitely hyper caffeinated as I left for work.

Stopped in for a few mimosas and some breakfast on Memorial Day. Busy as hell and the staff were absolute professionals. Phenomenal food, drinks, and service. Will never come to Springfield without stopping here again.

My husband had lox and bagels with cappers, I had the Philly chicken with tomato bisque soup. We shared waffle fries, and I took a lot home. This is our second visit, it is a wonderful place. I highly recommend.

We ALWAYS love going to Gailey's! We only go for breakfast, but it's always a nice little date for my husband & I.
They have Gluten Free options with GF Toast/bread!!! I can have eggs over easy w toast if I want, I really appreciate this detail.
I had the "Whole Hog" omelette, (gluten free) toast, & sweet potato hashbrowns. Hubby had the biscuits & gravy, as always. I either have an omelette or the "Downtowner", never leave disappointed!

Food and service was amazing. My coffee never ran out. I had the Eggs Benedict & Belgian Waffle and it was amazing. Both were perfect and the Hollandaise sauce was on point. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent breakfast....everything was perfect. I had the 'Big Bear, and the eggs, bacon, hash browns and biscuit/gravy were all cooked just the way I like them. Just wish I had a second stomach to finish it all!

While exploring around Springfield for a new place to eat, my husband and I found this gem. The cafe is amazing! The food was so good. My husband got the big mike skillet with pumpkin waffle. I got an order of the peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes and a steak with 2 over-medium eggs and sweet potato hash browns. The pancakes were huge. The food was really good. The only thing I took note of is that the peanut butter sauce on the pancakes was really thick. Next time, I may ask for less. I wish I had asked his name, but the guy working the bar, which is fully stocked btw, was extremely charismatic and helpful with any questions we had.

Gaileys is such a quaint and cozy spot to grab brunch lunch dinner or late night. The beautiful art that decorates the walls show cases local artist's talents! The staff is always warm and welcoming. The food is never sub par. The cooks know their way around a pan and fryer! I always enjoy trying something new or going to an old stand by "El Jefe" so yummy and heart warming... or maybe thats just the jalapeños! My daughter loves their fruit and pancakes!

The first time I went I got the oatmeal (I know boring) but it was good! The second time, however, I had the executive and really enjoyed the sweet potatoe hash. My daughter had the vanilla latte and it was one of the best I’ve had. Also the Belgian waffle was super tasty!
