Echelon Coffee

I frequently drive through Echelon Coffee on my way to work and love their unique coffee drinks and delicious food items! Would recommend!

Extremely impressed! I take pride in being a “coffee enthusiast” and have visited many coffee shops over the years. The atmosphere is modern, yet extremely warm and inviting. The construction of the new space is very well executed and feels luxurious. Every detail was taken into consideration. My wife and I met another couple for coffee and dessert last night. I had a cortado and a piece of chocolate peanut butter pistachio cake by @cake.sgf. My wife had a brewed coffee and a chocolate chip cookie by @askinosie chocolate. Our drinks and desserts were exceptional. From the moment we walked in the door the staff was happy and very attentive. I would highly recommend anyone visit this local coffee shop.

First time here, ordered 2 lattes in the drive through but waited a little over 20 minutes. Tried to order bakery items, but over half the items on the menu weren't available.
The person at the window thanked us for being patient, that they have only been open 5 days.
Wanted to like it, and may try again in a few weeks, but they have some things to work on to make it worth a stop.

The owners Joe and Megan have done an AMAZING job with Echelon. Their vision turned out awesome! We visited tonight and ordered a Costa Rica Pour, bought the Tanzania Askinosie Dark Chocolate + Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar, and an Echelon custom Tshirt and a Salted Carmel cookie. All very Delicious! The outside seating is a nice feature! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful space. Beautiful people running this place. Stopped in while passing through town and what a delight! Coffees were delicious; we ordered an iced honey oat milk latte and a cortado. The GF energy bites and no-bake cookies were suuuuper tasty! I don’t know which I enjoyed more! (Can I get the recipes??? Lol) If you live nearby, check this place out and often! If you’re passing through town, it’s, hands down, worth a stop! Thanks, echelon!

Absolutely 💯 love the mocha frappee way better than Starbucks , their hot chocolate is great to its less sweet then most places so much more enjoyable in my opinion !!

Great "Support Local" Coffee shop with good pastries, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy. Good stuff!!

This place is beautiful. Coffee and food is excellent. The employees are very friendly & courteous. Will be back whenever I visit Springfield!

I came to Springfield for a conference and stayed in the hotel sharing a parking lot with Echelon. I ended up eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Echelon not just because it was close - but because they’re just wonderful. Their coffee is fantastic, the breakfast burritos are *chefs kiss*, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Don’t sleep on their lunch items, people! The climber and the peloton were absolutely delicious. The next time I am in Springfield, I will most definitely be returning to Echelon.

This is the best coffee shop in town. I had the strawberry mocha iced latte with oat milk. Delicious! This will be my new coffee stop from now on. Thank you for dairy free options and delicious coffee!
