LaMar's Donuts and Coffee

I give this place 5 stars not just because it's decent food but mostly because I always have a great interaction with the employees!

Fantastic donuts and an ok price! They rotate the donuts so there is always something different to try. While their donuts are top notch their coffee leaves much to be desired. Hope you give them a try!

Very very good donuts and a very clean place good workers good atmosphere

Tried to call for information for an employees birthday. Apparently they cannot fill orders at 05:30 while they are putting the doughnuts out in the case, you have to wait an hour for them to specially make them for you even if they are typical every day doughnuts. And for some odd reason you can only receive french crullers on Sat. and Sun.? Then when I tried to see what was going to be put on the shelf at 05:30 in case I couldn't find what I needed the lady was very rude. I will never go there. When I called Hy Vee they informed me they could put my order in a box as they were filling the case, easy peasy. Just in case anyone needs an order for work in the morning, there ya go.

Apple fritter not very good. It was not crispy, seemed to be old. LeMar's bars not fresh either. Not very pleased with this experience. One bright note the guy saw my dog in the car and gave me donut holes for her.

I have bought from LaMar's often. This time my son went for a half dozen. The person behind the counter was impatient. Many donuts didn't have labels on them, so he had to ask what some were and the person " helping", made it obvious she was bothered.. He was told he couldn't by a half dozen, and not to put his finger on the glass when pointing to a donut. Needless to say he came home with a dozen, a lot of them lemon filled when we wanted bavarian. Management did offer to give us a deal. I turned it down as I just want the rude employee delt with.

The donuts themselves are amazing. So delicious, but dang….$26.29 for 12 donuts. That’s more than $2 per donut!! And that’s just a plain glazed donut.

These are our most favorite donuts!!! They melt in our mouth, have multiple flavors and send you coupons on your birthday and I think even valentine's day! It is our go for donuts spot!!!!

Go somewhere else. The people who work here are rude and hypocrites. I walked in and was asked if I had a mask, I truly did not, and told them so, to which they responded we won’t serve you and don’t want you in our shop and literally said “byeeee” like a middle school child. Fine, whatever, however when I looked over at two other people working there they both had their masks down behind the counter. The woman who talked to me was a complete witch.

Best donuts in town, however the transgender individual needs an attitude adjustment. Way too much attitude to be working with customers. Please fix. Thank you.
