LaMar's Donuts and Coffee

LaMars is undoubtedly the best doughnut chain in the Kansas City area, however this store is the red headed step child. If you have any choice at all, do NOT go to this one, and instead visit the LaMars in Blue Springs which isn't too far away. This LaMars has awful coffee and no variety (even though the sign on the wall advertises great coffee selection), the donuts are inconsistent and more expensive (you'd think that a chain would have the same prices on donuts chain-wide), and they run out of donuts early in the day (ran out of regular glaze at 10am on a Sunday).

Don't give up on LaMars in general. Just do your best to avoid this one.

The short blonde lady that waited on me was amazing. I enjoy starting my day with friendly people. The donuts being great is just a bonus!!

I have loved LaMar's donuts almost 30 years now.I am ecstatic that they have crullers now! No need to visit the competition anymore!

Always friendly, it's so nice to walk in somewhere and someone says good morning to you and I love sitting watching the little kids come into the store with that look of aaww on their face.. love LaMar's Donuts

I grew up on the East Coast, where Dunkin' Donuts is king - transplanted to the Midwest, where Krispy Kreme rules - but neither comes close to Lamar's!!!
