Ahadu Coffee

Staff is friendly to guest and happy to see you walk in the door. Teddy, the Barista, is incredibly knowledgeable about coffee and passionate about the Ethiopian origins. Coffee has a delicious and smooth profile that will make you come back for another cup. Not only the best coffee in Lee’s summit, but in the KC metro area. Great environment for personal meetings, studying, and networking. Highly suggest trying this coffee shop.

This is a great coffee shop to get some work done in! The coffee is fantastic, and though I haven’t tried the crepes yet, the smells swirling in the air are tempting me! I’m totally bringing my family here for breakfast!

Great cafe! Probably the best espresso I’ve had in town. And this is from someone who is super fussy about good coffee. The barista (who is also probably the owner) is awesome and seems to really care about each shot he pulls. Would definitely recommend!

As a first timer, I felt inclined to get the "Ahadu Special", and I'll have to say..
They really hit the mark on this one.

The presentation was also spot on.
I'm not a huge sports fan, but I did appreciate the time they took to sprinkle the local football logo with cocoa on the foam.

Overall I'm very impressed. Not too sweet, and not overly bitter.

Can't wait to bring my partner here and surprise her, she's gonna love it.

The service was great. The coffee was okay. It just wasn't near my favorite strong blends. And I don't mind tipping, but getting a tip screen for counter service is just a little offensive to me.

What a hidden Gem. The owner and son were very friendly! I ordered a savory crepe it was so filling and had lots of flavor. I also ordered mocha icecream and it tasted really good. Not to sweet and a great coffee flavor. I am definitely going back.

Wonderful experience at Ahadu coffee! I just saw the sign and stopped in so thankful I did! I had the espresso Ahadu special very smooth drink that seems to slide down my throat with the flavor lightly lingering on my taste buds. Service extremely polite offering samples to help me with my choice. I decided to get a punch card since I will definitely be back!
