Nice little cafe to get good coffee and some made in KC swag.
The good: great service. Good coffees. Bar in the back. Can purchase legit made in KC souvenirs or swag.
The meh: prices. They close fairly early but it seems like everything does around here.
The bad: none.

This is a good study spot! A friend of mine would invite me to study here a few years ago and it became our coffee shop study spot. They’ve got wifi, lots of nice drinks and snacks and are open until 10pm. The staff is super nice and down to earth.
Only downside is finding parking. As with any place downtown, you may have to walk a few blocks if the spots in front of the shop are full. There are spots down Baltimore near the library which work out most of the time. That said, there was one time I couldn’t find ANY parking so I just went home. If you don’t want to deal with that maybe park in the river market and take the free street car to the 11th street stop.

Delicious coffee. Good beers on tap. only downside was that half their taps were empty. BUT I will be going back. All of the staff were friendly. Cozy spot.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Phillips for our honeymoon and every morning we walked down to the Made in KC Cafe for a latte and a pastry. Everybody was so nice coffee was great and let me tell you! Those pastries are AMAZING! Definitely will be going anytime we are in Kansas City!

Such a cute little place. Staff was friendly and service was quick. There are other things in stock to look at while you enjoy pastries and/or drinks. They have shirts, sauces, syrups, etc to look at and purchase
