Made in KC Cafe - Downtown

Really love the coffee and scrumptious little breakfast sandwiches that they serve here! But the cashier this morning was very cold and grumpy 😖 I absolutely understand having a bad day, but her attitude kind of put a damper on my cheery morning walk to get coffee. Just made me think that service really matters, even with the food and drink being on point!

Made in KC Cafe has some of my favorite macaroons in Kansas City! A local women makes them and they are always so soft and taste great. Also a variety of lattes (including cereal flavors) to try!

Got protein balls and a cereal milk latte. I probably hyped the latte up too much- it didn’t actually taste like cereal to me but still was very good!

Came here with a group and everyone was serviced efficiently and overall enjoyed what we had. The employee at the register was very nice and patient with all of our questions, as it was our first time visiting this shop.

The actual barista crafting the drinks however, was rude and frankly, combative when there was a misunderstanding in our drinks once made. We eventually got what we needed, but her attitude has still been bothering me days later. There was no need to act snobby when we're all paying customers who were unfamiliar with the way this shop does things.

The space was nice and had plenty of seating, and the coffee was great once received.

OMG!!! I love this place! Their house made Cinnamon Rolls and Poptarts (Strawberry and Blueberry) are 🔥🔥🔥! On the weekend they have Cereal Lattes (Fruit Loops and Captin Crunch ) takes me back to my childhood. The atmosphere is inviting and chill. You can buy a lot of local merch in the back of the store. The staff are always so nice. Y'all should definitely come check out this cafe.

My new downtown favorite! I live right down the street from here and finally got to try it for the first time and it's an instant hit! The building it is in is a beautiful historic building and they've kept the moasic floor! The weekend special is a cereal milk latte and it is amazing! This is a perfect place to hang out or just grab a quick coffee. If you're in the area I highly recommend stopping by!

Wonderful coffee, great location, and an outstanding pitstop while roaming this city. Highly recommend to other coffee enthusiasts!
Parking may be a bit difficult, unless you are okay with parking on the street for about an hour. This is better served as a stop while you are already walking around in the downtown area.

Always a great cup of brewed coffee or expresso! The staff is always nice and efficient with orders.

Very friendly staff with some great suggestions (I'm visiting town for the day), excellent drinks, and a really nice vibe/art/merchandise.

Omg this place is an oasis of awesomeness!!!!Such great coffee, food, drinks and atmosphere. we have been at the Marriott and drinking their terrible excuse for coffee and I am so sad it took me so long to find this place!
