Small coffee shop. Great coffee.
If you go up the skinny winding staircase you can read or play cards or Jenga upstairs.

So much to see, do and shop!

this place is my Saturday morning guilty pleasure. If I don't have time to stop in on my way to work I order through doodash because it's such a comfort. I love trying new things here and everything always lives up to expectations. I love trying new things here but if I had to recommend anything, it would be the lavender or almond flavored syrups in a latte, iced matcha with coconut milk, and the cranberry orange muffin!

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for about three years, but this last stop will be my final. The baristas here are absolutely miserable. Pressure you into leaving a tip, regardless of your decision there’s no eye contact, no “thank you.” It’s like, sorry I inconvenienced you today with my patronage. While waiting for my food to finish, they put a bag on the table, and I accidentally motioned to grab it. I virtually got chewed out…”hey, that’s not for you,” accompanied by the world’s stankest stank eye.
The coffee and food here are pretty solid, but I always leave feeling more negative vibes than when I came in. I think this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed anything on Google. This is just an extra level of poor customer service that left me literally laughing after I left.

Funky little coffee house in the Market. Really good breakfast sandwiches and nice selection of brews.

Love, love their flavorful coffee and the lady baristas are awesome. Breakfast bagels with bacon are a good choice too!

TERF Temerity..
I will be crass.
Besides the overall rudeness and outspoken
misandry, the quality of the coffee isn't the
great. They specifically avoid hiring male bodied
individuals from their staffing and pay their
employees slave wages under the guise of
being a local business. This information was observed by overhearing someone interviewing for a position then being offered a four week unpaid training period. My advice to employees is to unionize and practice authentic gender equality. Don’t let the brand of a “local” business allow you to dismiss ethics.
Coffee is never warm enough and almost
always too weak. The chai is bland and tastes
of stale nutmeg mix. The food is ok! Usually
only warm in the middle, hot pocket style.
As for the staff, not a person of color or male-bodied individual in sight.

Coffee was not made to order. When asked to correct it, the lady was extremely rude. Was told during the order to please make it a little sweeter.. It was extremely bitter and when we asked for a little bit of sweetener she pointed and said go put your own sugar in. Extremely rude person . It wasn't even that busy.

I order through Seamless/Grubhub and I love there coffee. It’s wonderful and today I ordered the same but they didn’t have my vanilla scone so they refunded my money and gave me a banana walnut muffin and a key lime pop tart free. They didn’t have to do that but they did so thank you all for the kind gesture. I believe hands that give are never empty so again thank you!

Love that they offer lots of vegan options. My daughter and I are vegan and she adores the fresh juice. It’s part of our Saturday ritual. Wonderful owners. Really grateful for how well they treat the community and their employees. During this crazy pandemic it’s been wonderful to see how they’ve adapted their business with compassion for their customers and community!
