Gloria Jean's Coffees Independence Center Mall

My daughter and I ordered 2 coffees, one with almond milk. The gentleman behind the counter must have misunderstood because he gave us both almond milk coffees. No problem, he said he'd remake it, but he when he did, there was no coffee in it. Just milk and caramel syrup. I know it wasn't an accident because he was pretty rude the whole time and acted put out when we asked how to scan our cash app at the counter. Unfortunately, I didn't taste the coffee until I was out in the car or I would have asked for a refund. My daughter has been to Gloria Jean's several times and has never had trouble, but based on the service and quality of the coffee, it's my last.

This place is amazing! Best coffee, ever! I had never been to a Gloria Jeans, but the next time I’m even close I will come back. (I live in Lawrence, KS, so it’s a drive.)! I got the crème Brûlée lattee, and it was so smooth, it’s really just magical! The staff was super friendly, even though they were slammed with customers. Also, it a cute little store with adorable coffee mugs, as an added bonus. Thanks for being so friendly, & having heavenly coffee!

I tried this wonderful coffee shop yesterday for the first time, I was not disappointed. I had a white chocolate voltage and it was delicious. I am currently otw to get another one today. Delicious 😋

Had to wait 10 minutes just to get my order taken then another 10 minutes to get one latte. Then had to watch two white ladies who came in after me get their drinks before me and had to remind each lady what my order was 3 times. I definitely felt I didn’t want to be waited on by the staff. I won’t be returning here.

As this is the last standing Gloria Jeans (that I know of) near me, I was super excited to get some great coffee. I haven’t had Gloria Jeans in 10 years or so. We were passing through town (3 hrs away) and knew of this location so we had to make a stop. Did not disappoint and was just as I remembered it. Best coffee out there! Wish there were more locations.

The staff here is always wonderful if you don’t know what you want to order. Every time I’ve been in can’t decide they recommend the most popular items and their favorites, including good substitutions for out of season and discontinued flavors.

Sooo good! I don’t remember the name of this drink, other than it had toffee in it. Kind of wish I didn’t have to go into the mall but definitely worth it!

Fantastic! The staff knows what they are doing. Even treated my kiddo to a delightfully whipped cream cup. ❤ I can't wait to go back!!

This coffee shop is amazing. The staff is always so kind and never rush even when they’re busy. I absolutely LOVE their coffee. I wish they had a stand-alone location in the liberty area, I would go there constantly. Unfortunately since independence is quite a drive we only get to visit when we go to the mall or are close to the mall, which is seldom the case. I 100000% recommend them!
