Staff was young and had plenty of friends hanging out. Donuts were cold and the bathroom had water all over the floor. For a slow night and to have that many people not doing anything was surprising. I love Krispy Kreme and tonight it wasn't represented very well.

Store at Cape Girardeau, MO is usually very good. Customer service was lacking at 12noon on Sunday, June 23, 2019. We first came in with no one at the counter. Then, a woman passed by us (seemed she was not really in a good mood) and said someone will help us. She proceeded to go back to the office to let them know someone was there. After waiting for about 3 minutes, no one apologized and he proceeded to try to joking banter with us. After we were served, they went to the back again. New customers came in and they had to wait. The lobby was dirty and disheveled. Disappointed. Normally, this store is good in customer service. Not today especially with the guy that came out of the back office.

Long line at drive thru, so went inside, big mistake! They were not that busy and it took me forever to get a dozen glazed and a cup of coffee. Lots of employees, but not a lot of customer service. I dont get the big deal with this place. It's just doughnuts. Would rather go someplace were service is better. A doughnut is a doughnut.

Ok, so I used to go here almost everyday. Not for the doughnuts, they are typically dry and terrible. But for the lattes. They are well priced, and pretty good about 60% of the time. The other 40% they are terrible, but I still went there because it was convenient. Eventually I got tired of waiting 10 minutes everyday for a single latte so I started calling in my order. That seemed to work out much better. Until this past Friday I called in and talked to a guy named eric which is apparently the owner! Makes this that much worse. I say, I'd like to place an order for pickup in the drive thru (like I have 5 days a week for the past 2 months) and he responds "uh, we really dont do that." I'm thinking, what, take call in orders? Anyway, I respond, yes you do, I have been doing it nearly everyday for a couple months now. He says fine, what do you want? I respond with a large caramel latte, extra shot of espresso. And the guy hangs up. So not only does it take forever and a day to get a single latte, but now they're employing rude people with 0 customer service skills. This is one dissatisfied customer that will not be returning. A real shame because it is right on my way to work.

Terrible. Took over 15 minutes to take my order and then another 10 to get it out the window. I asked for cold coffee and got hot coffee instead, also asked for 10 doughnut holes and I was even charged for them but still no doughnut holes. At least the half dozen I did get taste alright. The little girl that took my order was too worried about a truckload of much more older men than she was but hey, America right? Cape Giradeau is ruining what Krispy Kreme built and it’s a shame.

I usually go to Krispie Kremes a lot when I hit st Louis, but the one here in Cape Girardeau is nothing like them! My problem is every time I come, I try and wait for the hot and fresh sign to be on. This is the 5th time I've came through when the sign is lit and got neither fresh nor hot donuts! Everything else was great but glazed donuts are always cold and nasty! Not worth the money!

I went to krispie kreme on May 1, and ordered 2 assorted boxes of donuts, I didn't get anything I asked for in the boxes, and to top it off I didn't get any of the hot glazed ones that I asked for. And to make it worse, paid 21.98 only for my oldest son to bite into one with a beard hair in it. My donuts were stale and didn't taste very good. very cold and nothing was warm. The one is St louis isn't like the one here.
