I will NOT be back. I will go to a local bakery and buy donuts. The donuts I received were not up to standard for a dozen of original glazed. They were not the correct size, shape, or taste. They also were stale. $30 for two dozen of donuts? I was going to bring them to work for a celebration but I’m embarrassed I paid for this. To top it off the cashier didn’t give me a receipt! They threw a few extra donuts on top I guess to make up for the pitiful mess.

I had ordered a box of donuts and two coffees the night before to be picked up the next morning. However, my partner became ill so I decided to cancel the order which was at least two hours prior to the time to be picked up (which should be plenty of time). I called and a boy answered, who was clearly clueless. He told me it would be refunded in a couple hours but he was lying. Later that day, I called back and a girl answered this time. She was also clueless and had an attitude. She didn’t even ask for any of my information. I was like “hey, do you think you need my phone number and my order number?” She was like “oh yeah” before almost hanging up on me. Thankfully after that, a manager called me back but they said that ANOTHER manager would be in in a few days to issue us a refund. That is completely insane. Why is it so hard to give a refund here???? There should be an option to do it online or at least train your employees how to do it.

The donut I got tasted more like a cake I can see why this place is always packed to the brim you can earn points toward your next visit with the krispy kreme app as well. It is cool to watch the donuts being made to. My only compliant is I ate it in the store yet it was cold before I got it find a way to keep them warm please I should take star off for that but won't unless it keeps happening paying a 1.09 for a cold donut is not good

The quality of the donuts at this Krispy Kreme seems to keep declining with each of my visits. On my past couple visits some of the donuts were hard and stale. And now it seems as though they are getting more and more chintzy with the amount of icing and filling. Like the icing doesn't cover the whole donut like it used to. Most of the employees are nice so that's a plus. Maybe I just have bad luck or bad timing. I'm sure I'll still give them another chance in the future.

Drive through takes one order and gives them their food before they will take your order. Long lines give you time to select your tasty treat

Great quality donuts, great attentive staff. I just miss the lower prices on ABOUT everything. Still not bad, with taxes, it's just a little over a dollar per donut for regular glazed! 🙂☮🍩🥯☕

Drove thru around 7:30 pm and ordered a dozen glazed donuts. I’ve never had one before and must say they were absolutely delicious. Melt in your mouth good. I will definitely be a return customer. $12.15 for a dozen.

Since the day they opened, the location in cape has not had the same standard as other locations, if you want a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut, drive to another city, because in cape you will never get anything but yesterdays day old stale doughnuts, I wish cape had never gotten a Krispy Kreme, they give Krispy Kreme a bad name
