Krispy Kreme

I love Krispy Kreme but this time I drove an hour out of my way to get some raw under cooked dough.

Best tasting and best selection of donuts around. The hot glazed donuts are the best! I used to always stop by Krispy Kreme when travelling in the South, so happy they are up in this region now. Prices have gotten a bit high but still drop by fairly often.

I just got this strawberry lemonade chiller less than 20 minutes ago and it tasted weird when they first gave it to us. Now after sitting for almost 10 minutes this is what it looks like

Always out of certain filled donuts. Poor and slow customer service. Management needs to light a fire under the rear ends of their employees as they are slow to help.

I love the plain doughnut and strawberry filled doughnuts. Archie and Louie likes them too. So much so they relax on top of the couch after a few bites.

I was very disappointed this morning when I opened the box of glazed donuts for my Sunday School class. The entire dozen was flat, very small in size and if not for the icing tasteless. This batch should have been throw out!

Delicious, friendly, and clean. I used their online offering service the night prior. Selected the earliest time to pick up a box of coffee and 2 dozen of the regular donuts. The time slot was very specific on when to be there, however, when I arrived on time. The order wasn't ready and the employees weren't notified of my order until I arrived explaining why I was there. Their coffee and donuts is delicious, but I don't know if I'll order online again.

I just thought to myself the other day how strange it is that I never see any of the neon light on at this location, it perpetually looks closed. But yesterday I went to this location for the first time in probably 2 years because my son wanted to get donuts at a weird time. I checked the website for what kind they had so I could be somewhat prepared in the drive thru line. The first 4 donuts I tried to order they were either out of or don't carry at this location. When I got home my kids ate a cake batter donut and my older son remarked that it only had one bite with filling, which is a problem I remember from the last time I had a donut here. I ate an apple fritter. It was so tough (old? Stale?) I didn't even finish it. I remember going out of town as a kid and getting krispy Kreme as a special treat. This is not how I remember it at all. Giving it more than one star because the staff was friendly. But for donuts I'll stick to Jackson donuts.
