The best doughnuts, but the worst coffee I've ever had.

This Krispy Kreme location is great! They're always super fast and everything is always available. Ordering in the app makes it super easy to just pick up in the drive thru and they are quick to make the order once you check in. I'll definitely keep going here.

I love Krispy Kreme glazed donuts, but sometimes you just want something different. Custard filled iced donuts are my all time favorite, but I was so disappointed the last couple times I ordered them. I literally got one bite of donut that actually had any custard and there was so little you could barely taste it. Krispy Kreme needs to step up there game and make them right. Also you used to be able to get hot donuts at different times through the day but I never see the hot sign lit up any more .

I had a bad craving for a chocolate glazed donut and stopped in since I was in the area. They had a great selection of different donuts and the staff was very attentive. The store itself was very clean and you can watch the donuts being made which is cool too. I wish it were closer so I could go more often.

The donuts will not disappoint! The staff could have been friendly, but by no means we're rude. It was clean and they have many options. We will return.

This place shouldn't be called Krispy Kreme, it disregards everything that makes Krispy Kreme what it is. They claim nothing is older than 24hrs but the Kreme they use sits at room temperature for 4 days sometimes longer same with icings and everything made in store. The fact that they refuse to get rid of bug infestation and mold problem is disgusting and tell employees not to worry about weekly cleaning and maintenance is horrible and People are at risk because of it. I hope this store gets it together or stops using the Krispy Kreme name before a great company suffers because of Hungry guys doesn't care about it's customer or employees health

I’m soooooo thankful for Cape Girardeau Mo Krispy Kreme Restaurant I got my dozen warm donuts it was 10 fresh out boxed for me in the drive thru. It melted in my mouth soft and delicious 😋😋🥰🚗👨🏽‍🍳thank you thank Lord!!!! HALLELUJAH 👏🏾🙌🏾😅 but seriously I’m satisfied

Donuts are delicious, but the service is not. Only drive through was open. I had to wait and waste the gas for over 20 minutes. Very poor and inept management. Need more staff to serve people. Need more options besides the drive through for shopping. Otherwise I will use other options such as Jackson and Hoeckeles Donuts.

This particular trip, the young lady who took our order in the drive thru was very polite. When we got to the window, the cashier was not very customer-oriented and with everything I said or asked, the reply was always "Uh-huh." The coffee was that we bought was watered down and tasteless for a iced caramel latte. It will be awhile before we return to this location.

Absolutely amazing, fantastic donuts as always and outstanding customer service. It was my birthday and I received a free dozen glazed donuts and a Happy Birthday from everyone.
