I truly enjoyed my experience here. The staff was great, and very courteous. The food was really good, and the mimosas were outstanding. Definitely a top choice for breakfast or bunch in this area.

Things started well at Brick & Spoon. We ordered the “Deviled on the Bayou” and they were really good. After that, it was an awful experience. The wait for the entrees was very long. The entrees we ordered were the breakfast tacos and the Tupelo Honeychick. The tacos were just awful, truly one of the worst things I’ve ever been served in a restaurant. The shells were not normal shells and just bland and not strong enough to hold up like a normal taco shell. The filling of the taco was… almost non existent. There was maybe 2 (probably 1) egg total between the 2 tacos and that was most of what was in them. That and lettuce and corn. No sauce on them. Just awful. Came with fries though and the fries were bangin. The Tupelo Honeychick was solid but clearly served cold and had clearly been sitting in the window for a while. To top it all off we had to wait about 15 minutes after we finished eating before the waitress came back around to bring the check. Just an awful experience, go literally anywhere else.

Rated one of the top 10 breakfast spots for good reason! Clean surroundings, an attentive waitstaff, and the food is AMAZING. We shared the fried green tomatoes, which were worthy of being a meal on their own. He had the appropriately named Killer Creole Omelet. I had the Bayou Benedict. What we don't have is any regret, and we will be back!

I flew to Tupelo one day with another pilot to drop off a client and we were pretty hungry so we decided to go out for brunch. This restaurant was recommended to us by the receptionist at the FBO and it was AMAZING. I had the Mediterranean eggs and they were so very good and the other pilot had some breakfast tacos that also looked delicious. We also got some free beignets with strawberry jam and they were better than New Orleans. This is a great place to stop and eat if you are in the area. If I return to Tupelo, I will be stopping here for a meal.

They would get zero stars if I could give that. Our waitress sat on her phone and ignored us the entire time. Waited twenty minutes just to get to put our order in, the beignets were hard as rocks, the mascarpone in the crepes tasted rotten, the food was terrible the service was terrible and the prices outrageous I will never be returning and suggest anyone else not waste their money here.
