We waited twenty minutes to place our order. Then my order was wrong and not very appealing. My husband had to get up and get the ketchup his self. The waitress asked if we needed anything he told her but she never brought it.
The two women behind us were drinking wine at 10:00 am and we're extremely loud. I don't like to hear about scrubbing your toilet while I am eating.
The Canadian bacon did not look or taste like it should. Bacon was like rubber. The biscuit was good. Our waitress checked on us one time than disappeared. We tried this three times and there will not be a fourth.

Very disappointed. We didn’t have overly high expectations but did anticipate a good breakfast based on the reviews. Our server was nice but the food was horrible. My wife and I ordered American breakfasts and an order of beignets. Never got the beignets. The grits were watery, my scrambled eggs were rubbery, and the poached eggs were hard boiled. Biscuits were OK but no butter or jelly served with them. Better off with a Sausage McMuffin at McDonalds.

We researched best places in the area to eat breakfast and saw that TRAVEL & LEISURE rated this place one of the best places to eat breakfast. Maybe I’m a picky foodie but this was a huge disappointment. Eggs not even hot ... gross. I ate them with potatoes because those were a nice temp. Then came the French toast brioche when we got the orders they looked delightful then we cut into them. Not consistent at all dry places and grossly under cooked ones. At this point we didn’t want to send back but get the heck out of there as this restaurant is not adhering to any social distancing practices at all... ever table was occupied. When we got there and saw this we should have turned around instead of hoping for the five star breakfast that we read about, we listened to our stomachs and were sadly disappointed. After we pointed out the yuck the waitress did discount our check but, we didn’t even get the coffee and beignets that we ordered - thankfully we were not charged for them. I would try HARVEYS brunch instead.

Place is amazing! I believe I had the Trio. I'll have to come back to try more of the menu items. Very friendly staff too 😀

Fantastic food! Made to order Bloody Marys and you get exactly what you ask for. Very accommodating staff. Top 5 Breakfast place we've eaten at in the U.S.!

Enjoyed the meal. The lady tending bar refused to remake or credit my overly spicy drink, although I order it very mild and could not drink it. Very disappointed in her attitude and lack of customer concern!

I'm not from here but if I was, I would definitely be a regular. Had the Breakfast Fries and built my own Bloody Mary. Absolutely amazing! Well done! Highly recommended!

I ate here a while back and although the food was ok it was super expensive. I told the waitress as much.
Quite frankly it is better value to go to McDonalds. Flipping through the comments it looks like a lot of people had the same experience as myself. Then there are the insincere and groveling responses from supposedly the owner.
Listen sir/ms forget the attempt at image control. Your food is so so, service spotty and you are way too expensive. For the love of god plz do not leave a meaningless response. It means nothing they always do.
Aaannnddd a meaningless response was left anyway. LOL

The service was excellent. Our server, Vance, was super friendly and helpful. My order was a Spinach, Tomato, Bacon Omelette, Grits, Beignets with delicious Strawberry puree and coffee. It was a regular order but enough to share with my sister. The Coffee was good, too. Go by and be sure to ask for Vance!

Food is great. Service is slow. We were told 25 min wait this past Saturday and saw at least SIX empty tables. That was ridiculous.
Also, music needs to be turned down. Especially at 11 am when I'm trying to eat and chat with my table mates, not drink and party.
