My four berry smoothie tasted like barely flavored crunchy, chunky ice. Not very smooth.

Favorite coffee on earth and I love chilling in the Fondren cups to study. Super nice baristas who recognize me and take good care of me. Don't forget to get a cups card! They don't tell people about it really but you can get 10% of every purchase back on your cups card to pay for more coffee later. And when you buy frappes and bags of coffee it adds up real quick.

Very disappointed today. It took almost half an hour to receive my one coffee order. I was greeted by a rude woman who just didn’t want to be there today. The employees were mostly standing around talking. I’ve learned more about the barista’s life than I would like to know. I’m glad I don’t work til this afternoon, or I would have had to walk out and leave the coffee.
I will not be back.

Customer service very bad ! was very slow ! “ lightskin “ girl was very rude . had her headphones and told me to check and see if my order was right on the board . something I don’t like . Took very long on my order . the girl name “vernecia” took my order on the 2 day I went , she was very nice .. order was done quickly! She held an nice conversation told me her name and all .. love it , ask for the girl with the natural hair she amazing !

One of the smaller Cups. It's usually really quiet here and not very crowded. If you want to be around people you might want to try one of the other Cups locations, otherwise this one is perfect for getting work done. Cups coffee is always great, and their dessert options aren't bad.

2nd they know my order, remember my name, asked me about my day....what happened to this level of service being the standard. I tip better here than i do at sit down dinner outings. This staff is truly a cast of just beautiful personalities. I don't mind passing work daily to continue to visit

I walked into cups and was not greeted by girl with dreads with bun and she continued to count money while i stood there and did not take my order. I was not greeted until coffee maker with short fro asked me what would i like while Dread girl walked away. She fixed my coffee and rung me up.

No standard at all... some times it tastes too sweet, some times no sweet, serve with different temperatures ... I observed frother also not wiped after heating of the milk.... I see a great difference of taste to this cups to other cups stores.... this place needs quality brewer

Came in to get some coffee. But since this place endangers people by being a gun free zone, we decided to take our money somewhere else.

This location is just as awesome as ever, but the owners of the shopping center are fixing-up the parking lot and now it's WAY nicer for those of us who have to drive to get here. Definitely come by for a few "Cups" and you won't have to worry about the massive pot-holes any more!
