Beagle Bagel Madison

Where is the owner? I never see anyone who appears to be a manager at this location. The staff is rude and will put this place out of business if something don’t change soon. They seem to hate their job but don’t mind displaying the tip jar up there in your face when paying for your order. No need for me to come back. Lazy, unmotivated, rude, unprofessional.

Love their HUGE Pepperoni Pizza Bagel oh and their bagel chips and cream cheese dips and the list goes on! It's a clean environment and the staff is awesome. Great place!

I liked the food, but the young man helping us was not excited to be working. He acted like we were bothering him. I wouldn't go back for that reason.

I eat here 2-3 times a week because their bagels are good. Their customer service is a complete joke.

This is one of my favorite places to get breakfast. I'm not a coffee person so I can't vouch for the coffee but the bagels and Panini's are sooo good

Love the chicken salad sandwich on the everything bagel. Everything is always very good! Dessert options are also amazing. Great location.

Tasty menu. I had a bagel with egg and ham and the wife had southwestern wrap. We both enjoyed the unique flavors.

Small bagels for the price. This isn't New York. Y'all can't charge that much for what you're selling. Counter staff could use an attitude adjustment. Specifically asked for red onion. Did not get it.

Good coffee (for me that is a compliment) Bagels and other food are very good. Nice local atmosphere. Staff is courteous.

Not as good as it used to be. They never have carrot raisin salad. They are out of strawberry salad and broccoli salad. Pretty frustrating.
