This company has NO HEART, ZERO CARING PEOPLE ....BEANS ARE TOO OLD !!! Unable to ROAST....

We have Tried to call which was hard to find Real Human to come to the tel.

2. Some old guy who sounded like Drunk guy from Mid State comes to the phone..., And throw you out like mices " You are not happy ? We Sell Best Bans !! """ Click ... .then 2nd time. Is there any thing you can help us ? ...? Click !!!! 3rd time, You need to speak to John "....????? No phone number was given, no customer service was given.... It was all horrible and horrified.

This company has Zero Cared, Zero Customer Care, And Beans are Old. I mean TOO OLD !!!

Why ? Because We know Real and Fresh Coffee Raw Beans Taste. It will Not be able to " Appropriate ROAST" . This was a Big key ! Old vs Fresh etc.

We Never trash anyone. We try to be humble, we try to be nice. But this company was beyond of everything what we did not wish to experience.

This experience was Just Big Sad. The Like today's violence people as we see etc. the site looks good ? but it was nothing but as Disgraceful and Careless Experience we ever wished to anyone who cares Real thing, Real People... Real Food or Organic to Earthy things ? ...

I ended up TRASH Our whole Purchase. Bunch of Messages Zero return.... No one cares about you is we realized. Zero Feedback, Zero Care, Zero Responsibilities....

So, Because of these Horrified experience ...?
We wish you to know this. Not making up. We are honest...

We Searched massively .... And Luckily, Because of this Bad Exp, We could Discover A Small Farm in KONA HAWAII.

2. Phone Numbers. Good luck Receiving and getting nice people… after 3 Contacted Customer Service but Reject, Reject like Drunken man on the phone ... " " All he goes, You Must speak with Owner ? John ? " How may We contact ? Good luck ... Zero answers you get.

No follow up, No Exchange Offer, Nothing ...

This company's Beans were UNABLE TO ROAST. NO WAY WE COULD ROAST. Because BEANS WERE TOO OLD MOLDY ...
