I have been very happy with the service and beans from Coffee Bean Corral. They are very fast on completing orders, and though I am new to roasting the bean selection is great. I have been working with Catherine on getting set up and she has been great and responsive about helping me and resolving my questions. I would highly recommend ordering coffee and coffee products though Coffee Bean Corral.

Coffee Bean Corral is my go to for a great selection of green beans and reasonable pricing. Their Bean Matrix online tool is super helpful. I've had a couple shipping mistakes and Coffee Bean Corral was super helpful in making up for the mistakes. Shipping is fast, orders are accurate. For really good deals, consider purchasing larger amounts.

Bought an SR800 roaster (with fantastic perks) several months ago, and moreb recently. Beans arrived Friday (in Ohio) after ordering Wednesday. Great beans,weekly specials, fantastic support/advice from Catherine. What's not to love? No wonder they're expanding!

Always a great selection of green coffee beans as well as fast shipping. Usually comes a day ahead of what the shipping notification says which is always good. Shipping from Mississippi to Washington state and being a day early is quite impressive. The rotating selection of green beans is great. Beans from places you're familiar with and have opened my eyes to places I didn't know coffee was grown like India. This is my go to place for green beans and hope they only grow and get better.

Great first experience. I ordered two sample packs and one pound of Daterra Sweet Blue. Shipped quickly but short the Daterra in the package. I called and reconciled the UPS package weight to the should be weight with Michelle and had a new order acknowledgement and tracking number for the missing pound plus an additional pound for the inconvenience in less than five minutes. Coffee came well packaged and labeled. Website offers good information regarding roasting at home. First attempt at roasting was a success.

This is my first order with Coffee Bean Corral, and I am very pleased. Great selection, and the beans I received are good quality. We had a bit of a snafu with shipment, but I couldn't be happier with the service I received getting it fixed. My order arrived damaged, the box had been cut and one of the bags of beans was slashed open. I contacted Coffee Bean Corral and they arranged an immediate replacement, which was shipped out that same day. As a small business owner myself, customer service means a lot, and these guys took care of me as a customer.

Ordered a few pounds of the latte blend and the beans smell musty and look like the rejects from other batches. Should have stayed with Sweet Maria's.

I have left reviews on their site and they were not published. It seemed odd that the reviews were mostly 5 and 4 stars. When I left some reviews that were just average they never showed up on the website! Very deceptive

The customer service is not doing well currently. Michelle does not like returning emails, especially when the mistake falls on Coffee Bean Corral. The coffee beans are great but if the service is lacking then its all for not. Just a very disappointed customer.
Update: I'd like to thank Catherine from the customer service team for reaching out and righting a wrong. Because of this I will continue to use CBC in the future. Any problems, just ask for her.
