I only gave the atmosphere 4 stars because it was so quiet, and I have such bad anxiety in quiet spaces. lol Otherwise, this place was incredible, and I can't wait to return

I come to Hattiesburg for work and It’s hard to find a good restaurant that isn’t a chain and that isn’t crawling with college students partying. (Even though that is completely okay and expected being a college town, sometimes you just wanna chill and a eat a good meal) THIS PLACE IS PERFECT. Very quiet and calming atmosphere. Very Clean, and EXCELLENT FOOD! I will be coming back. My server Madison was amazing, and very professional. And even though it was close to closing, I didn’t feel rushed. Great service and food!

I don't know why it took me so long to try out this restaurant. My friends have been suggesting it to me. But I finally gave in. And I am so happy I did. The moment I stepped inside I loved this place. The food was definitely worth it. And, the staff even made me feel welcome. I got my food to go. But next time, I will be dining in.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat for lunch and was not disappointed! I got the traditional hero and added feta cheese with a side salad and it was phenomenal! Everything was super fresh and tasty. I will most definitely be stopping again soon for supper so I can try some of their other delicious offerings.

My daughter and I love trying new places and Petra Cafe did not disappoint. We went mid-afternoon and had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was superb and each plate was hot/ fresh. We ordered the Petra Mezza for two.

OK! So, this place is such a gem. Our stuffed grape leaves were delicious. The hummus was perfect. So much work goes into these specialty items. And it shows. Want to expand your culinary appetite, this eatery is the place.
This was our first time, so we only made it through the appetizers. We WILL be back.
