Good food, good service, clean, fast. I got the lunch gyro plate and it was a good portion and tasted great. I like the gyro meat a little browned which they didn't do but it was still good. I also had the baba ganouj and it was perfect and served with plenty of pita bread.

This was my 1st visit since they relocated and it appears roomier, though I'm not sure that is a good thing, as now it's like walking into any other restaurant thay was designed to be a fast food joint.
I had to get my food to go, which was not my original plan, but it wad still warm & good when I finally made it home with it. I forgot to order Feta on my Gyro, which is the reason for the 4 star rating, as I have always thought their Gyro should come with Feta on it as opposed to it being something extra. I also got an order of Falafel along with a piece of Baklava, and both were good.
I am looking forward to my next trip there, when I can dine in and I can enjoy a Lamb Shawarma Plate and the music they play. I may not understand all the words to the music, but I really enjoy listening to it...
If you are in the Hattiesburg area & find yourself with a craving for something Mediterranean, then by all means swing by Petra Cafe...

We absolutely loved this place! Amazing food, friendly staff, open until 10pm (late for the area), outdoor patio seating with cute lights, dog-friendly, full bar, and so close to our route, highway 49, from Los Angeles to Fort Walton Beach. We were pleasantly surprised to have Mediterranean food, one of our favorite cuisines back home. The two young ladies workIng until close were friendly and attentive. Thank you for a great dinner!
