Best food in Columbus. Always fresh. Clean neat cozy environment. Staff so nice and friendly. Delicious coffee drinks you will not be disappointed.

Really enjoyed it! Definitely will be back.
Only concern is there is only one ordering station, so the line to order can get lengthy. But it's worth the wait.

This was our first time eating here, and it was great! The owner came and spoke with us for a while. Terrific customer service! My husband had the Cuban panini, and I had the Angus burger. Both were delicious! Can't wait to go again! Be sure to check them out!

My wife & I have enjoyed 4 different meals this week with Up Down and they've all been great. Between the 2 of us we've tried the Cuban, meatball marinara, chicken salad croissant, Angus burger, bacon/egg/cheese croissant, & cinnamon rolls...all excellent. Plus friendly service & really good people. Count us as regulars from now on!

This was my first visit to Up Down. The BEST dark hot mocha. The food was great and the service was Great!!! Next visit will be the drive -in on my way to work. My off day hang-out will be Up Down. A great place to relax, read and enjoy good food. The mocha is the best!!! This is the crazy lady that liked what you did with the ladies rest room.

First time coming here, and the customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. Everyone is genuinely nice, helpful, and eager to serve. The food was great especially for the price. I would 10/10 recommend. They made me feel like I knew them when I walked in. Great job guys

Up Down Eatery And Coffeehouse is a rare find in Columbus. They consistantly have good food, and great service. They have the BEST coffee, no where else in town comes close. The coffee is both smooth and flavorful. Also, their service is incredible! We have been going since the first week they opened and everyone from the owners to the newest employee has always made it feel like we are family. While the majority of our stops have been for coffee and breakfast they have a full menu supporting lunch and dinner. This spot is worth your time and money.

Go for the coffee (salted caramel mocha/pumpkin with caramel pecan) stay for the service (top notch), and come back because the price is always right!
