Up Down Eatery and Coffeehouse

The food was good but what set this place apart from chains and other eateries is the staff. The people working here where nice and helpful. They helped correct an error on my meal immediately no questions asked. They also have delicious cafe drinks and coffee.

Atmosphere and and service were phenomenal. Food was above average, and the coffee was extraordinary.

This place is SO YUMMY. I’m a french fry fanatic (hence the pic) and the fries were to die for!! I also got the bbq bacon burger and that was super delicious. We went through the drive through and the service was great!

This place, hands down, has the best service in Columbus, MS. No-one comes close. Owner, Adris, and his staff are incredible and will bend over backward to make you feel appreciated. The food is made of high quality ingredients and the portions are perfect. Adris spent at least 5 min of his time to come over and greet our family of 8. He took the time to explain why they don’t carry one of our favorite sandwiches anymore and made some great recommendations.

I just can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, the food and especially the staff.

Food was amazing. Had chicken quesadilla, which was amazing. Simple food with great taste.

Decided to be adventurous & try something new, plus support local business. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was really great - a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is clean & plays enjoyable music. The coffee - yes! Will be back tomorrow & every time we travel to Columbus!

You gotta love the fresh ground coffee, and the tasty menu items that Up Down offers. I keep returning for that and the always friendly, always attentive staff. You need to find out for your self.

Great food. Reasonable prices. My coffee (Americano) was super. I would highly recommend this local eatery over the chains!!
