Dunn Brothers Coffee

Almost always have an awful experience here. Multiple orders have been wrong, they are out of stuff all of the time, slow service the majority of the time. It's too bad because I really do enjoy their coffee. It's just never a smooth process to get one though. Very unfortunate.

Ordered a Depth Charge, but they made an Americano. If you don’t know what the drink is, ask; don’t guess and make the wrong drink.

Drive through with Littles in the car, so I couldn’t go inside or wait in the drive line to have my order fixed.

Today was my first time in here since moving back to Stillwater and it was so yummy!! Amazing espresso. I got my order to go but the tables inside were cute and would definitely make a great reading spot. The girls working were very kind and I just can't say enough how yummy this espresso machiatto is.

If I can rate it 4.5, I would. I’m not one for chains but I enjoy this location. They have good drip coffee and delightful muffins. The baristas are very nice. My only feedback is how noisy they can be when working behind the bar. It’s happened twice where I come to study and they are talking really loudly or laughing really loudly. This happened this past Saturday at 6:00 AM. Wish I had headphones with me. Nothing wrong with chit chat when working but I work in the coffee industry and I’ve learned in my time to maintain professionalism in front of customers and not to distract guests. That’s my only note but otherwise I really appreciate this place and will be back

Great staff. Awesome place, and a great variety of drinks. I would definitely recommend Dunn Brothers to anyone who's looking for a great drink, great service, and a relaxing stop during their day.

Quality + Reliable

I used to work here (so I might be biased) but seriously - - you are getting the freshest and tastiest coffee in the Stillwater area if you go to Dunn Bros. The coffee just tastes better, simple as that. The staff does more than decent job of keeping the store clean. They really care about feedback and always take criticism into consideration.

Always super friendly customer service. Even when they are very busy! I love the honey spiced nirvana. Delicious!

Employees that are making your drinks are not wearing masks! If you go inside be prepared to wait along time. The drive through seems to be the focus. Very poor customer service for a coffee shop. My last visit!

Even though I usually just go through the drive-thru, everyone here is SO kind and helpful! Their coffee is my favorite and their breakfast wraps and sandwiches are made to order, by hand and with much care. If you want a gluten-free option, they have a delicious GF English muffin egg sandwich with avocado that is fantastic!

Kudos to Dunn brothers for letting patrons sit and enjoy coffee again. Starbucks and Caribou seem to prefer sticking their noses up at customers who can safely be in public settings. I don't like Dunn Brothers' coffee as much as others, but the fact that they are open earns them a higher place than the corporate giants that don't care about customers.
