Got help from all three counter staff choosing my hot chocolate choices... I wasn't familiar w their offerings abd appreciates the input!

Great coffee, friendly staff. I never have to deal with a line , but I’m not there in the morning.

Staff here is great. They definitely take the time to know you and your drink. Austin, Robbie, Emily, Sue, Nate are all great employees.

Was in with my wife and was treated so rudely. The young man who looked like he should be working at hot topic was rude and seemed bothered by our visit.
I live in Minneapolis and don’t ever get treated like this. Real poor attitude and made the other employee seem a little agitated too.

Was stranded and worked here for half the day. Surprisingly quiet for how busy it was. Great atmosphere.

Honestly the best lil hub to get tea on every person in Stillwater. I know everything about every single one of the staffs co-wokers and classmates (by name) now. It was very informative. The most positive thing that was said was about a customers dog. I mean I get it, dogs are universally innocent right? Service was good, just wish the staff didn't talk so loud.

That a good shop. We love Caribou so much👍

The "full-rack" mocha is superb!

Yesterday, we went to CARIBOU in Market Place, Stillwater near Target. We intended to buy one hundred $5 coffee cards that we send our customers as a way of thanking them for spending their hard earned money at our store. We called ahead to Caribou to verify that we would be stopping by for the transaction and asked for the best time to visit. Upon arrival, the female employee of the day, along with the store manager complained to my co-worker how inconvenient it was for them to process 100 cards manually through their machine. I don't quite understand how their inadequate system became our fault especially when they were informed of our intent prior to the visit. My co-worker could not believe how rude and unhelpful those two women were. It took less than 30 minutes to process the cards and they complained how much work it was after a busy previous hour. After considering that we had just spent $500 in their store for less than 30 minutes work, without ANY THANKS, I decided to visit the store and speak with the manager. I called prior to my visit to ask the female employee of the day to have the manager CALL ME which did not happen. When I arrived, the manager made excuses why my call was not returned. I explained to her that they had a $500 sale without making one complex cup of coffee, heating one sandwich, bagging one cookie or waiting on any customers. Absolutely unbelievable!! I returned all 100 cards and got a refund. We have spent hundreds of dollars at the Stillwater location, but NO MORE! Hello Starbucks!

I personally work at a caribou, and we’re supposed to be super good at customer service and just greeting people in general. Walked in today and the team member running the register was super unfriendly, and i had to remind them to put in my rewards number, they also didn’t give me the employee discount after i stated that i worked at a caribou twice. This wasn’t the first time we have had bad customer service at this location, it usually happens about 50% of the time. My drink was great, and bagel was good too, forget to give me a knife tho.
