One of my favorite grocery stores. I buy all of my spices, rice and various nuts here. They are always fresh and I can get the amount I want or need. Have also been able to find some more obscure ingredients like pure carrot juice I used for carrot/ginger soup I made.

I have been there many times now and always a happy place to see. They constantly provide a service with a smile - the cashiers are nice and sweet everytime. You can ask anyone a question and they will come with you and show you where the product is. Clean place too. If you like organic, fresh food, go here.

This was my first visit to this store. The selections were what one would expect in store specializing in natural & organic foods. It also carried some supplements and various skin care product just like the local competitors. However, in my opinion I think that they are more expensive than Traders Joe's and possibly Natural Food Grocery. Their their overall inventory/product offerings seemed more limited than the Natural Food/Grocery store. Moreover, I wasn't impressed by deli. The food in the cold case looked dried out and rather unappetizing. They did have a salad bar and it looked okay. I was with a friend who purchased several items. I only purchased a box of tea and a mango smoothie from the beverage counter. It was pretty good. Overall, I think that I prefer the Natural Foods Grocery store and Trader Joe's.

Clean, well-organized, and they had everything on the list. Friendly person helped me find the bagels. (In a cooler near the dairy foodstuffs.) No membership required, and there's a parking lot west of the building. Go there. It's nice.

Still a great store but now they no longer carry a product I've used from them for years. Unfortunately, they decided not to carry the raw product that I liked and I cannot find it anywhere else. The beauty of having nearby businesses carry useful product is that the money being spent is done so locally. Now my only option for obtaining this product is via the internet. The problem with doing this is that someone in abiss (possibly from China) benefits from my hard work.

Fantastic store with a good selection of organic and fresh foods, which you don’t always have in Rochester. However, checkout lines are extremely slow. I don’t understand why there are not more cashiers. That’s the only thing that deters me from going.

Great co-op in downtown Rochester. Perfect if you want to walk somewhere and get all of your natural and healthy food. it's not the largest location ever but they do have a great selection and you can find pretty much everything that you are looking for
People in the store are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. But definitely recommend coming here if you are downtown

amazing locally owned grocery store. The produce is well priced and higher quality than anywhere else in town. A lot of unique foods for anyone with a special diet. Very knowledgeable staff as well. They can help you find whatever you are looking for

People's Food Co-op has a great selection, and we especially like the bulk options, which allow for us to cut down on extraneous packaging. The Mexican chocolate cake and carrot cake are spectacular. The prepared food is good. The unprepared food too. Plus, Squash Blossom sells its breads in the shop. The staff are fantastic to boot!

Good sandwiches, deli, and coffee drinks in the deli case. If you need high end produce for a fancy meal this is the place to be. Not sure about the cost benefit of groceries as we are a Costco family.
