Expansive food co-op with a full selection of foods, beverages and other items. We came in to pick up lunch items for our road trip. I had the sushi daily special, which was excellent.
Getting into the Co-op was a bit challenging with the road construction/detours. We ended up parking about a half block away and winding our way over to the Co-op.
This is a great place to stop when visiting the Mayo Clinic for appointments.

Love to shop here. A wide selection of organic & non-gmo groceries. MUST TRY THE BACON; best I've ever had.
Update 2023- They no longer have the bacon....not enough staff for the meat counter
amantastic
This place has it all. Lots of local and organic groceries as well as a bulk section, deli, wellness area. The meat and cheese sections are amazing. Love the salad bar! All of this and an liquor and wine store too. Prices are very reasonable and service always top notch by the knowledgeable staff.

They have a wide variety of speciality items, plus the run of the mill things. They also have vegetarian items on the menu and prepared food. They even have vegetarian/vegan soups too! This store is generally more expensive than some other grocery stores.

This is probably my favorite place in Rochester! I appreciate the fact that they carry local and organic goodies AND they have an on-site kitchen/coffee. They have an impressive selection of quality items. Also, the prices aren't too bad compared to Whole Foods.
