A little pricey...but plenty of organic foods

I was coming home from work and wanted a nice garlic pasta salad. After purchasing I realized the seal was broken so I went back inside and asked for a refund or a different salad. I spoke to a manager named, I believe, Brianna. She accused me of breaking it myself and said because I left and came back, she would not issue me a refund or a different salad. Love the garlic pasta salad, hate Brianna.

Was only in town for 4 weeks and needed a place near downtown to pick up some essentials and stock up for weeknight cooking. This did the trick. Nice produce and fruit selection and a lot of vegan and gluten free options, with a deli and sandwich bar as well. Down the street from the main area and beside a pizza place. Used this place a few times throughout my trip and would highly recommend it.

Very clean and welcoming. People are very nice and helpful.

This place is a joke. Their blueberry muffins would be good, if they ever had any made. Or any baked goods, for that matter. Went in to be disappointed yet again today. Not only do they not have any blueberry muffins (shocker), they have nothing in their cases. "No bakers today". They are more expensive than other locations, with less selection, not as clean and definitely not as nice. Every other coop location in other cities and states I have been to, I have experienced really nice staff, usually some decent sales and really great food. This is the worst one I have been to. Wouldn't reccomend. The closest store that is similar to this in the area is Fresh Thyme. I go there now, instead.

I tried calling the bakery to inquire about ordering cupcakes. The first time someone answered to transfer me to the bakery, the line went dead. The second time I called, I was transferred again, and after being on hold for 15 minutes the call routed to the main area again. Then I was transferred to the bakery a third time, and the line went dead. I would have liked to order from you, but I honestly give up 😅

Our fall back for grocery shopping. Locally grown vegetables and super nice staff with great knowledge of all the things they sell, including obscure supplements. My kids insist on using their cinnamon bread(Only place to find it in Rochester) for eggs and toast. The membership fee is a total must to take advantage of discounts and special deals.

Nice locally made and produced selection of food and other items

This store has a variety of health food items, as well as specialty soaps, essential oils, incense, skin care products, etc. This is one of my favorite stores in the area. Even the customer service is great. Michelle, Christina, and Annie are wonderful. They're helpful, informative, and kind. I will be moving out of the area soon and I'm going to miss shopping here.

Very clean and tidy. Prices are a bit high, but that is par for the course since they pretty much only carry high quality products. If you have any special dietary needs they can probably help you. Great selection of bulk spices, grains etc.
