Five Watt Coffee, Kingfield

Wow! Stopped in for a quick caffeine fix & left with what may be my next favorite spot! We ordered the Big Easy and Gin Basil Smash. Wildly impressed with their creative use of bitters & cocktail-esque menu, both of these drinks were genuinely delicious! Will definitely be back!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Minneapolis. It's a little snug, but the staff is friendly and the free refills on the coffee are a huge win for this place.

Delicious specialty espresso drinks. Great wifi. Good place to work. Pleasantly crowded, with places to stand or sit and work.

This is the best espresso in this area. I stop by when I'm in for UMN parental things. Amazing every time. A must for me.

5 watt, they are at least 8 watts.

Had never been here before, but from the second I walked in the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave me great suggestions and chatted with me while making my coffee. It was delicious and I will definitely go back again.

Coming back here to elaborate on my review four months later. I think this is a great coffee shop with great quality drinks and an inventive bunch of house specialty concoctions. Its quality naturally means that seating does run out fast and you may need to have some patience to score a spot. I work from here about once a week, though, and find the crowd really laid back and accommodating if you're up for sharing a table with a stranger or packing in along one of the two bars. If you need dead quiet and guaranteed seating, this is just not going to regularly pan out that way. It is, though, really good at delivering a great atmosphere and great coffee.

Went because it won an award for best coffee in Minneapolis and it did not disappoint. I'll be going back for their special drink menu.
