Beautiful building and trendy vibe. I stopped on a frigid Sunday afternoon and there was no seating to be had and a long line. It’s paid street parking and I had to park a block away, so not super convenient. I couldn’t get the meter to work because it was so cold and the ticket police were out, so I had to leave without a coffee. Disappointing experience overall, but I’ll try it again after the novelty wears off a bit, and it’s not -10.

The coffee is pretty good and the atmosphere is cute. The only problem is that they have only one register. The line is long. I typically had to wait 30 minutes to order. It comes difficult if you are in a rush. Additionally, some customers take a very long time to order. Not sure why considering the menu is concise and clear.

Very cool, cozy cafe! Great staff (Billy told us about the history and design that went into the place). It's in a historic building that is well preserved, but at the same time updated with well thought out design!

Awesome experience, really friendly staff and beautiful design. The blood orange matcha latte was terrific.

Super friendly and helpful coffee shop. I had a meeting I was hosting and had a mishap with my coffee order at another place close by. Backstory jumped right on it and helped me out immediately. Will definitely be coming to them instead now!!

When you walk into the place it is unexpectedly beautiful. The coffee is perfectly roasted and even their cups are cute. Great shop.

We love the ambiance, of course the coffee and the vibe the place brings!🌷

I could not stop saying “wow!” after I took sips of the new Spiced Bourbon Caramel Latte. It was absolutely the best latte I’ve had. This new coffee shop was stunning and had the cutest feel. There was a lot of seating available, but definitely got busy because it was Saturday. The baristas were so kind too even with their long lines. :) Thank you, Backstory!

Welcome to the neighborhood. What a nice addition, just inside the Duffey Lofts building. Great service. Beautiful and spotless atmosphere!

It's a gorgeous place to just chill out with your friends if you're not that hungry and yet love coffee. I could've spent hours here if I wasn't so socially awkward.
