Charlie's Cafe

Saw the billboard many times on our way to the cities from Fargo so decided to stop! Great decision! Classic small town cafe! Big menu, great food and wonderful service with a smile! Will definitely go back!

Food here is simple, but tasty. Had the split-pea soup, and was pleased with how hearty and comforting it was. A great meal on a cold, rainy afternoon. The place is a classic diner done right, with breakfast served all day. My recommendation is the country fried steak and eggs. Friendly service and home-cooked diner staples make Charlie's a bright spot in a quiet, quaint Midwestern town.

Central Minnesota gem! The menu has a range of options for whatever you are feeling. Cheese Curds - Delicious. 21 Shrimp Basket - Superb. Caramel Rolls - Out of This World! There is no other place I’d rather be than at Charlie’s Cafe.

Tuesday Special is not on the Menu. Ask for it...great deal! Homemade Pies are to die for

Caramel roll was huge & good. Too much of that sweet. Marvel at how they can serve 3 charter buses in such little time tho they were aware of our coming. With that many ladies in that short of time the waiting time to get in a bathroom was long.

Everything was great! I got the shrimp with their homemade tartar sauce. Just the perfect blend! I would go back anytime!

Fast service, tasty classic American fare. Lots of old fashioned, small town charm. Their onion rings are divine. Burgers were great, specials looked tasty.

Best breakfast spot in the area. Not many better, and I used to love Dawn's Cafe in Albany when I was a little boy.

Average quality food. Nothing spectacular or fresh. I wish it were better. The mac and cheese was Kraft out of a box!

Go for the German night on Wednesday, you will not regret it! Fast service, old time small town cafe atmosphere, fantastic food, large portions, and very reasonable prices.
