Caribou Coffee

I have never been to this caribou before and me and my husband stopped here to try the new bubble coffee in the vanilla cooler and we didn't like it so my husband got just a normal vanilla cooler and Jeremy made it free of charge and i ended up telling my husband 5mins. After he remade my husband drink that i didnt like it either but i would drink them both and that I didn't want to waste it but my husband did not want me to drink something I didn't like so we ended up going back up and gracey made me just a normal vanilla cooler. Jeremy and gracey were and are so awesome I live in Maplewood and would definitely come back to this caribou thank you to both of them for this wonderful experience!!!

Caribou coffee just went downhill in the last couple years. This location is no different. Needs lots of improvements, repairs and more cleanliness.

I went in to purchase some bagels and beverages. The person taking my order grabbed one of the bagels I requested, and sliced it without asking. I asked for a blueberry and a plain bagel, and then another plan bagel. She tallied my order, I paid and she quickly turned away from me. No receipt. I got to my car and checked my order. One blueberry and one plain bagel and two plain cream cheese. I had not requested crm chs.
My feedback - slow down, confirm the order, provide (or at least offer) a receipt.

Great staff and service. I stop at this location 2-3 times a week on my way into work. I have never had a bad experience at this Caribou.

Even when the drive thru is super busy the staff is friendly and they move quickly! Props to the morning staff (especially Nicole and Alyssa). Even when they make mistakes they're willing to help & stay friendly.

Always friendly staff and quick with orders. Love the Caribou app and ordering ahead to pick up in the drive through.

I ordered a cold press with coconut milk. The cub was solid ice. Three swigs and it was done. Not bad, almost four dollars for a coupla ounces of cold press. Never again.

The staff is friendly, and the drinks are made right. However, the reason for the review is their critical understaffing. Go in at 7am, and the counter line is long, as well as the drive-thru line. They need more employees working there in the morning.

I think this Varibou is price gouging. I bought 2 Northern Lite Coolers vanilla blended on 4/14 and my bill was $9.96. I bought 2 identical Northen Lite coolers yesterday and the bill was $11.56. There wasn't a price change anywhere on the drive up menu. Cheating?
