Caribou Coffee

Not my favorite Caribou, just doesn't have the welcoming air that the other ones I've been to have. We have never been here during a busy time so there has been no wait. The staff hasn't seemed as knowledgeable and friendly as some I've been to. What I have ordered has always been fine. The location is good.

Nice quite atmosphere, very low traffic, plenty of space for dine in and staff are very friendly and bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking spaces!!!

This is my closest Caribou store. The drive-thru was usually very good, as are the beverages. But I have to deduct a star because over time their hours of being open have shrunk, and sometimes they aren't open at all (heads-up re: their schedule above) with a "sorry" sign posted at the window. I do believe it is a staffing issue, but I don't bother going to this location any more, because of the random availability.

I work across the street, I’d say 8 times out of 10, the whole place is closed, the drive through will be closed, or the inside closed with the drive through open.

If this was even once a month I’d maybe understand with still being upset, but this has been the case for over half the amount of times I’ve gone lately. Go up today and their lights are on with a sign that says sorry we missed you but we will be back open tomorrow from 5am-2:30. Like what?

If it is a staffing issue, maybe caribou should pay their baristas what they’re worth.

Ordered a drink w 3 simple specifications and they didn’t even do one......I paid it too🤦🏼‍♀️ 👎🏻

Finally baristas that take pride in their work! I have been searching coffee shops, large and small, and finally found a coffee that meets expectation! I go early weekday mornings and am very happy with the service and product. Keep up the great work!

Such a convenient stop. Had my order made quickly and accurately, not to mention with super friendly service. Their cold press is so smooth and tasty! Will definitely make a point to stop here more often.

I'd recommend going to a different location or another coffee place because they never seem to get my coffee right and it tastes different every time. Every time I've asked for a full flavor shot, I can never taste it and when I ask for light ice, my entire drink is ice. I've only gone to this location when I am in that area which has been a handful of times, but never again. Today was my last time getting coffee there.

This is my go-to Caribou! The staff is always so friendly and the coffee and bagels are consistent and always delicious! Thanks Caribou!!
