Caribou Coffee

I have to give a shout out to Taylor who works at this caribou who graciously paid for my drink this morning! This was my first time stopping at this location and your kind gesture made the day of a single mom, trying to get her kid to school on time while rushing off to her business to care for others....Great love for my Eagan business community. I went in for a quick bite to eat & coffee while
running errands tonight. The young man working there was the highlight of my day. He had excellent customer service, was very thoughtful & all while also helping his co-worker with questions at the drive-thru. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Caribou tonight 😊😊😊

I have only used this shop's drive thru; so that's what the review pertains to. I used to go once a week. They kept getting my order consistently wrong. Dark chocolate when I wanted white, whipped cream when I specifically didn't want it etc. While these are not major problems, the lack of attention to these details is annoying. And for $4.50 per drink, the least they can do is make me the drink I ask for. So I have stopped drinking through this shop. I hope they read this review and fix these little problems.

I visit a LOT of Caribous all over town. So I know my Caribous...

I am at this location right now. I've been here working for about an hour waiting for a meeting. So far, I have heard Caribou staff say (very loudly) the following about customers: "Is that the creepy one? He's so creepy." "They asked that? I cannot believe they asked that. That's ridiculous." (they asked something about the drink they ordered). Into the headset, I heard staff say, "I'm sorry for my foul language over the headset" (I didn't hear what the language was).

I wonder what they would say about me when I'm out of ear shot? Who knows. Unfortunately, I think the worst of them may be the manager.

The place is clean, though. So there's that.

The girls working here are very rude. I've never seen someone look at me with such disdain when I first walk into a business. I asked if the drink on the counter was mine and was met with a terse response. Sorry for spending my money here, and my drink was wrong. Ordered almond milk because I can't drink dairy, and got dairy. I didn't want to ask about it because I didn't want to get another rude response. Sunday, May 5 @9:20 AM

Most staff are nice, but the coffee is highly variable in quality and usually errs on the side of smelly trash water. The air conditioning is so agressive that I can't spend any time working on my laptop there in the summer unless I have a sweatshirt. Due to limited winows, ambiance is poor.

Bit of an electrical problem, so most of the sandwiches couldn't be made, but the line moved quickly and the staff were very kind. Holy cow though, getting to the drive through was a very confusing adventure.

The lady working the counter was very friendly and patient with me as I unfroze my hands so I could use my phone to pay.

I come here almost every day as this is the only coffee shop on my way into work. Every time my coffee is WAY overfilled and it spills all over myself, my car, and I have to pull over to dump some of it out. I always ask for extra half n half and 9/10 times it’s either black or has a couple drops of cream in it. I’ve also asked for a stopper so it doesn’t spill everywhere and Caribou doesn’t supply this. WTF - why!?! Starbucks has it down to a science, Caribou on the other hand... get it together.

A Starbucks clone originated in Minnesota, it is a local favorite. They offer a wide variety of coffee drinks at about the same prices at Starbucks. They have a fantastic loyalty program. It's comforting to go sit by their welcoming fireplace and read the news on the free WiFi. Atmosphere is calming and welcoming. Recommend for anyone looking for a coffee drink.
