Friendly staff! Had a nice convo with the person at the register. I gave it 4 stars because they seemed to care more about making drinks for the drive thru than the people waiting inside. Drink was good though.

LOVE caribou!! They are the only high-end coffee shop that actually uses real chocolate NOT syrup for they're flavored drinks and you can certainly taste the difference. We have been loyal caribou fans for years and will continue to be. Thank you!

They couldn't seem to figure out how to check my perks number in. I was talking to two people over the drive thru intercom, both of whom had trouble repeating my drink order back to me. When I got my coffee, it was way over-flavored and watery. My husband's coffee was similarly horrible. When I went in to ask them to remake mine, I had to tell the barista three times what drink I had had, and after the third time, she was extraordinarily rude about me raising my voice volume, as she clearly had not been able to hear me the first two times. She spoke very condescendingly to me about what flavor shots equal what portioning. I wasn't aware it was my responsibility as a customer to know how my coffee is made. I order the same thing every time I go to Caribou and have never needed to tell them how much flavor to put in. We stopped at this location on the way home from somewhere and will NEVER go back to it. Poor customer service...to say the least.

Went in around 6am on 11/25 and had a good and bad experience. I had never been to a caribou coffee and wanted to ask about which drink the worker recommended and she just looked at me then said "I have to go to the drive thru, you decide what you want" then walked away. Finally after a few minutes another worker came and was super nice and helpful. The drive thru girl constantly gave me nasty looks and when I was leaving I said bye have a great day and she ignored me. The other worker said have a happy thanksgiving and come back soon. I know it was early, but my friend & I were the only one in the store and only one car in drive thru. I understand drive thru is a priority but you don't have to be rude and throw your hands in the air and walk away. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of that workers attitude.

A person that claimed he was the manager is extremely rude! He messed up multiple drink orders including mine and the woman behind me in line. There are so many other locations nearby that would be a better choice than this location. If you look at yelp reviews you will see that slow and rude are common words to describe this store. Save yourself the time and pick a different location.

I love this caribou. I work just down the road so it's perfect. They always get my drink correct and are always very friendly even super early in the morning. It's a great start to my morning!!

I miss Caribou every time I travel.

If you prefer lighter roasts and full-flavored cold brew coffees, this is the coffee chain to look for when you're in Minnesota. The begals are highly recommended as well.

Best coffee I've ever had. There are only two in Florida that I know of but I used to go every single day in Minnesota. The closest one in Florida is about 45 minutes away and I still drive there once in awhile!
