Best coffee in town run by the one and only Jason Wussow. He’s a HUGE supporter of the local music scene and also performs with his own ska band Woodblind. The food is great too. He’s a total foodie so expect excellence.
Fun live music and open mic night too. Wussow’s is staple of the Duluth music scene. A+++

I loved the lavender mocha! The food was good as well!

First timer in Duluth. Wanted to find a nice "hole in the wall" cafe. Wussows had great reviews and the food looked great on the reviews. We got there, noone greeted us and we had to ask if we seat ourselves. We sat down for almost 10 minutes and NOT one staff came to offer a drink or ask us if we wanted a menu. We eventually got up and left and not one staff even said goodbye or noticed that we left. Piss poor service!! Wont be back!

I love this place, my buddy does open mic there and all the musicians including him are pretty amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Also the food is pretty dang good.. same with the deserts, they actually have a baker that comes in and makes them personally and something about that I find makes them especially delicious

We met the owner at a grocery store. He was so nice and gave my husband and I two free drink tokens because we’re on our honeymoon. Amazing coffee and amazing food. I even asked about specific ingredients because I have a nut allergy, and the workers were very knowledgeable. Such a good find!

The food was awesome, the music was great, but the experience was disappointing.

I recently went to a “dinner show” at the venue with my wife and parents... we were seated next to a table of four older couples that were talking at full voice the entire performance.. these people were totally oblivious to there rudeness.. and very disrespectful of the performers and other guests. When I asked our server if that was normal behavior at their event... she said yes... and did nothing..

The sad thing is, the venue did a great job organizing the event and it could have been a wonderful experience... unfortunately for our group it was a total disappointment and couldn’t wait for it to end.

Get their Highlander Grog!! Not sure how Wussows brews it so well, but it is best here! Real people, not pretentious, groovy old school environment, tasty made with love food.

I love this place. I take guitar lessons upstairs every monday so I'm in there regularly. They have bands playing frequently, plus a group that gets together informally to play folk songs. The owner (manager?) Even came out and sat at my table to teach me some chords while I was relaxing with a beer and waiting for my first practice to start. I've always been treated excellent by the staff. Can't recommend this place enough!!

My favorite coffee shop in Duluth. Amazing coffee, even better fresh baked goods. The better part is the employees. Always friendly and a joy to tall To. They even serve wine and beer and have music acts some nights. Highly suggest the highlander grog drip coffee. Yum!

This is one of the best coffee houses in town. It's very unique warm and welcoming. Their baked goods are amazing. Just come and visit and hang out. Don't forget the nightlife. The owner is extremely supportive of local music.
