Great bike service. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Fixed two bikes well & quickly to get us back on the trails. (In the past, we couldn't even get a broken spoke fixed in town.) Great to have a real bike shop in town!!! Plus, fun bike rentals & they made sure the bike fit me perfectly before I left the shop!

I brought a large group of kids and young adults up for the day to explore the trails around Cuyuna. We called ahead to reserve the necessary bikes. When we arrived, all of the bikes were ready and their friendly team very quickly and efficiently got everyone setup. All rental bikes were high quality, in excellent condition, and performed perfectly. Lots of great memories were made, and the entire rental process was easy and effortless. By far one of the best, if not the best bike shop I’ve been (including my own). And I’ve been to more than I care to count. Patrick is the consummate professional handling a flood of customers on a busy Saturday. I had two short notice requests for tire upgrades and the work was perfection. The coffee and snacks up front were of similar quality. Simply perfect all around. Frankly the selection in the bike shop was stunning for as remote as we are. Take notice just about every shop in America. You need to look here for how it’s done. I hope to the end of time this shop succeeds.

Start and end your day here! They have tons of great gear to start your day along with coffee and moist scones. After your ride relax with a pint and snack! This place has an awesome atmosphere and great food / drink!

Mechanic asked me what I needed and as soon as I started speaking he turned his attention to someone else completely ignoring me.
I sent a message through their online site to make them aware of how utterly rude the mechanic was but received no response.

Rude service. Owner obviously does not care.

Will drive to Brainerd for parts and service because this shop is rude and ignored email about the horrendous service.

This shop is staffed by very friendly, laid back people. Over the few times I've been here, they have always gone out of their way to hook me up! My friend was unable to return his rental bike by closing time. They assured him it wouldn't be a problem. He arrived after close and there was still someone there to pick it up! They have all the last minute supplies you might need for a day on the trails, plus a full repair service.

The only complaint I have is that one time the dropper post on another friend's rental bike wasn't working properly. These rentals are used hard, so make sure yours works before heading out. Other than that, we've had good experiences with the rental bikes.

The food and drinks are great, and the people working in the bike shop were fantastic. They gave me trail updates, adjusted my bike, and gave me recommendations on where to ride, eat, and stay

Lewis and Mikayla in the bike shop saved our weekend of riding with the kids by having the right derailleur to replace one that got eaten by a rock garden on Cruiser's Kettle. Once again it's amazing to have a good shop so close to all the biking here! The food and coffee is top quality if you need to refuel...
