Great people and we loved the bike we rented. They were super helpful and gave great tips about the trails.

Where to begin? Such a welcoming and helpful staff. Cole helped us get our bikes ready for the trails (bike mechanic) as if he were our long lost friend. The good was delicious and the beer tasty. I want to start my day here every day! Definitely coming back whenever in town.

Super friendly cute bike shop and cafe. Had lunch there 2 days in a row. Perfect pre or post ride stop. The Rachel Sandwich is fantastic! The smoothies are also really good. Overall I highly recommend stopping here and grabbing lunch!

Great service and the front patio area is perfect spot to enjoy a beer!

We stopped in to rent a pair of bikes to go check out the trails. The staff was phenomenal! Great help with getting us all setup to go enjoy our ride and also answering any questions we had. Definitely recommend.

Wow! Good people! Great coffee! Fantastic local small batch brewed beer selection (all freshy tap action) delicious foods and snackies! Is this place real or mirage? Its just almost too good to be true! If i could go 6 stars, then i would go 7, then who knows from there. See you at the Raven!

I've rented bikes here a number of times when I've been in the area for Cuyuna mountain biking. They always provide friendly knowledgeable service with excellent quality equipment. I highly recommend using them for rentals.

They also have a great little cafe with good food, beer and cafe drinks.

Stopped in for a refreshment, and was stoked to see they had quality Ginger Beer - that alone is enough to keep me coming back. Nice atmosphere, and Patrick was a blast to talk to. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the rest of the menu. Excited to see this place on Crosby!

Careful while walking around outside though, some of the other patrons on bicycles outside of Red Raven couldn't be bothered to be mindful of pedestrians. - They're on vacation and they won't watch for you, so be cautious you don't get run over!

Recently bought bike at the new Red Raven North location in Beaver Bay. Owners held the bike for me for 10 days until I could travel north to pick it up. Quick response via email, friendly and helpful on the telephone, and great in-person conversation. On top of that, they had the bike brand, size, and color I searched all summer for. I'l go out of my way to support this business in the future.

One of the best bike shops out there! On a trip from out west and had a mechanical failure. Still had riding to do nearby. I was able to rent a bike just like mine (an Esker Elkat) for a few days. They ordered the part I needed and had the bike fixed when I returned several days later. Completely saved my vacation and did everything they could to help me.

Look forward to getting back there someday. Also, a great breakfast and coffee shop. Thank you Patrick, Lewis, and Cole.
