Coffee and food were great, cool and clean environment. The staff was so friendly! We decided to mountain bike for the first time and the staff were very helpful and nice setting us up with bikes and helmets for a few hours. Really positive experience .
My son and I stopped at the Red Raven for an impromptu bike tune-up. They were able to get the bike in right away and accommodated us very well while we waited. We asked the bike mechanic about helmets and we were referred to Patric, the owner. What a great guy! Since my son was about to outgrow the bike we brought in for a tune-up, we perused the selection Patrick had. He had some for sale that were used as rental bikes and he didn't hesitate in letting us take a test ride. Actually, he said to take the trail if we wanted, so we did. Patrick set the bike up for my son's weight and sent us on our way. Altogether, the Red Raven was a great experience. The mechanic dialed in my son's gears perfectly and my son loved the bike he tested, a bike we ended up purchasing. No pressure, casual atmosphere, and precision-oriented bike mechanics made the Red Raven a great place to stop before heading out to the trails.
My first trip up to ride the Cuyuna MTB trails. We stopped at Red Raven in the morning, grabbed a very nicely done Espresso, checked out the bike stuff. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Others in my group had the grilled cheese...they said it was amazing. After putting in a few hours on the trails, we came back to Red Raven for some grub. I had the Cuban...best cuban I have had...no kidding, their spin on the Cuban was great! Good beer on tap, good friends, nice staff, fair pricing...I will be back. If you get a chance, stop in and see the folks at the Red Raven Bike Cafe
I would like to try more of what this location has to offer. Maybe I was just dreading driving home in a snowstorm, but my Cuban was just so so. Besides the food, this store was trendy and neat. If you’re here to get your bike on with a serious cup of coffee, the Red Raven is your place to be.
My first trip to Cuyuna mountain biking was amazing. The trails are fast, fun, and perfectly maintained. My rear derailleur was out of whack and left me with a broken chain after my friday evening session. I headed over to the Red Raven first thing in the morning on a Saturday. I was expecting a long wait, but they managed to fix my chain and tune my derailleur while I enjoyed my coffee. Under 20 minutes on a busy Saturday morning was phenomenal. They saved my Saturday and allowed me to get some more riding in! Thanks to all the men and women at Red Raven!
I’ve been mountain biking in a few places now, Idaho, Oregon, Duluth, Utah.... Cuyuna absolutely holds up and Red Raven is by far the best HQ for your adventure. Tasty food and coffee, etc. make the experience better, but the top notch bikes and incredible staff are the real difference-makers.
Red Raven is a great coffee shop located in Crosby, they cater to the bike community and they offer a wide selection of breakfast and lunch items including sandwiches, coffee, and local beer.
Delicious sandwiches as we stopped for lunch on our way home. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. No comment on the biking or beer side of the store as we didn't need those items during our stop. We will definitely stop by again when in town.
Red Raven our place to meetup before and after rides with friends. The coffee is good and so are the sandwiches. The attached bike shop has a wide selection of Santa Cruz and Salsa rentals to get you on the nearby trails. The bike shop crew has helped me with several upgrades to my Santa Cruz Chameleon. Fast and very reasonable. A+
I brought my bike in late Sunday night for emergency repairs and Monday morning it was fixed. I have never had better service before! Great apparel, gear , bikes, souvenirs , and coffee. I also loved the atmosphere there.
