Ember Coffee Company

Have been here several times, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the drinks are delicious! Ember is a great addition to big lake!

The ordering was confusing. There was only one staff at the register doing coffee and taking ice cream orders and one scooping. You needed to stand in line to order then stand in line again with your reciept to get ice cream.

I wanted a cone for the road but just gave up and left.

I love it here. The coffee and the environment. Would stop or pick up here over any of the “big names” any day. I also enjoy how it has a community feel.

They don’t treat their staff kindly at all. They surely don’t value anyone. They have verbally mistreated employees. They aren’t the “ community atmosphere “ they claim to be. They also don’t own up to their mistakes and act like they are innocent. Not a good way to run any business in my opinion

So excited to have a coffee shop like this in town. Have not been disappointed in anything we've had from there yet! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I absolutely love this new place in Big Lake, MN. I like that I can get cozy in the lovely room out front, and enjoy my coffee and treat.

Love the coffee and the play room is SUCH a great idea! My kids love it and it’s perfect for a mommy and kids meet up 😊

The staff was so kind and I love the inclusiveness by having gender neutral bathrooms!! :D (Also the oat milk steamer with caramel is incredible)

Friendly and great service. I just got a cold brew coffee but will be going back to try their sandwiches..they look really good
